I wish I can say i love the shoes! Unfortunately because of tariffs I had to refused the shoes! UPS was charging me 150% extra for tariffs! Kate from customer service was the best, she tried to get UPS to send them the tariff charges unfortunately it was a difficult situation, so I received full credit today!
So thank you so much for everything Kate!

Took a little longer than the advertised 9-12 days. Was hard to track order. System made me download shop app that didn’t really work. I emailed but no response for several days. Finally got a response with fedex tracking number. Would recommend give the FedEx tracking number at the outset.

Can't found my order, sent to me a few times, returned a few times, can't put my PO box on my orders 205

Great in every way!
Website, product and shipping!
Thank you!

Love the shoes but the duty I had to pay was outrageous. Won’t be buying anymore. Sorry.

Wrong shoes sent..then invoice issues. Otherwise good. Love the shoes

easy to order, quick delivery, great fit. These gloves last and look better longer than any other golf glove.

Not as expected

Originally got the wrong belt delivered. My first attempts at an exchange apparently went to their trash email folder so response from them was a bit delayed. Once they discovered the mistake though, the correct belt was quickly delivered. Belt looks and feels great.

My wife like them to 100%

I was a little disappointed in the late delivery, but the golf gloves are super soft and feel good when I play golf.

Purchased a pair of golf shoes and started wearing them this golf season (worn less than 15 rounds) and the leather is ripping in the "vamp" area and continuing to separate from the rest of the shoe. I sent two emails with pictures to Royal Albartross Customer Service over a span of a couple of weeks, and no response to either one. Terrible!! Company definitely doesn't stand by their shoes. Given what I paid, I won't even get one season out of them where I typically got 3 or more golf seasons with the previous brand I wore. Terrible workmanship and quality especially since they charge well in excess of $400 CAD for their golf shoes. For what these shoes costs, I will NEVER buy another pair of their golf shoes again!! TERRIBLE COMPANY AND SHOE QUALITY!!

I am so pleased with this purchase! Field Fox arrived very quickly and within two days we were out on the greens. Very comfortable and super stylish! Our second date is this evening for a quick nine holes with girlfriends and I am betting they fall for them too!

The golf shoes are stylish and well made, However, the US sizing is way off. I am a US 7 and I couldn’t even get my foot in the shoe. This is the second pair I had to return due to sizing which is so disappointing because: they charge you to return them and I really liked the style

The shoes are so comfortable and I got lots of compliments on them!

Beautiful shoes and great service.
