Dik tevreden over Alberenz. Ik kocht een monitor verhoger. Ze hadden een actie waarbij ik een (klein) item er gratis bij kreeg. Die zat niet bij de zending van mijn monitor verhoger. Na contact met de klantenservice werd dit spoedig opgelost en heb ik alsnog mijn gratis extraatje gekregen. Goede klantenservice, snelle verzending, kwalitatief goed product!

All pure quality
All was super easy, from the order to the delivery. Took 72hs to get it into my hands. Box comes very secure inside, with all parts very protected, paper with easy instructions (almost impossible to fail the build) and then looks super good, with zero scratches the wood! Awesome! :)
If only would need to send a feedback? I would have loved to have more options on the color of the wood, however, once I put it on top of my walnut desk, despite it looks a different type of walnut color, is not disliking me at all ;)

Eine megastabile Halterung für meinen 49Zoll Monitor, Montage innerhalb von 20min an einer Tischplatte mit einem 12mm Bohrloch erledigt. Bin zufällig auf Alberenz gestoßen und werde demnächst auch eine Wandhalterung bestellen.

Gutes Produkt
An und für sich ein gutes Produkt, da auch der Preis passt. Jedoch ist bei der Montage der Plastikgriff von der Basis ausgeleiert (dreht nur noch durch). Vielleicht hatte ich auch zu fest angezogen. Besser wäre ein Drehgriff aus Metall. Egal, er hält und falls ich ihn mal versetzten muss dann finde ich schon eine Lösung zum Montieren. Der Schwenkarm funktioniert einwandfrei, nichts wackelt und die Kabelführung ist auch gut gelöst. Lieferung von NL nach AT 5 Werktage ist auch sehr gut dazu noch Portofrei.
