Due to issues with the company delivering the order, I needed to ring for assistance and advice. I spoke with Hazel who was wonderful. She listened to my issues, contacted the delivery company and then contacted me again to update me on the outcome. She also put in play a fallback option, should the delivery fail to take place as promised by the company.

We’ve been feeding our dog Albion raw food since he was a pup ( he is now 2 and half years) as recommended by the breeder and it’s been fantastic. He’s grown into a larger-than-average German Shepherd (thanks to his lineage) and the 80/10/10 balance has clearly supported his development perfectly.

He absolutely loves it — his bowl is always spotless — and I genuinely feel it’s great value for the quality.

Customer service has been excellent too. They’ve always been flexible when I’ve needed to tweak my subscription, especially in the early days while figuring out the right portions. Delivery is reliable every 4 weeks, with a clear one-hour time slot, which makes things really convenient.

I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else — top-quality dog food and a great company to deal with.

Great product that my puppy loves first class delivery service

I have been an absolute pain changing my subscription but Hazel and the Gentleman (sorry I never catch his name) are always so lovely and helpful. Been ordering from them for a few years now and not had many issues, but if there was then it was delt with ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

*Their email service is very kind, prompt and accommodating regarding delivery times and options.

My American cocker spaniel has always been an incredibly fussy eater to the point that there isn’t anything I’ve not tried and within about a week goes off everything, worryingly he can not eat at all for 3-4 days and the vet has had to give him an appetite stimulant, anyhow, the stress I’ve felt over this was immense and did t know what to do for my one year old boy, I have recently got another American Cocker puppy and I have just transitioned him from his puppy kibble to Albion raw chicken, my older boy ate all of his yesterday and I think we finally have found a winner, yes I’m sure the puppy has helped him eat what I’ve put down but even so at the moment I’m very happy. The food isn’t like any other raw I’ve tried, it’s firm and not sloppy and bloody like so many of the others, neatly packaged and a huge plus for me is that it’s British ! Albion pet foods supply such quality food. The difference I have seen in my rescue dogs is amazing. These dogs have gone on to compete at the very top in the agility world gaining numerous appearances at Crufts and Olympia finals. Their stamina and strength shows in their everyday life along with their agility life. I have recently got a re home collie puppy so was able to start him off at 9 weeks on Albion. This now 9 month old boy is an absolute picture of health, vitality and strength. This has proven to me 100% that Albion is all it says it is and we certainly would not be without it.
