We sincerely apologize for the delay and for the frustration this has caused you. You are absolutely right to be concerned, and we take full responsibility for this situation.
To clarify, this issue is isolated to your VPS order and is not affecting all services. Unfortunately, due to problems left unresolved under previous management, some VPS orders were placed into a backorder state and were not properly tracked, which resulted in delayed provisioning and missed follow-ups.
We are currently reviewing and fixing these backorders, but we kindly ask that you create a support ticket (or reply to an existing one) with your invoice number or service ID, so we can immediately locate your order and prioritize its deployment or provide a proper resolution.
We sincerely apologize for the lack of response and the inconvenience, especially with billing continuing while the service was not yet provisioned. This is not the experience we want to provide.
