Bought one of their fans when I was in Spain. 2 weeks after being home in Denmark it stops working. I have searched online to try and fix the issue and it might be either a solder joint issue or Hall sensor issue, both not possible for everyday people to fix. I wish I had looked Ale-hop up on here before purchasing, now I am just crossing my fingers that my watch doesn't also give out.

Quiero informar de mi caso en esta tienda y la falta de honestidad del personal que trabaja en esta tienda del Centro Comercial Bahía Sur. Compré un juego de brochas de maquillaje con un soporte para ordenar dichas brochas (adjunto foto del producto) Era para hacer un regalo y a la persona le compré una pulsera en otro sitio, así que puse la pulsera dentro de la caja en cuestión.
Al día siguiente fui a devolver el regalo ya que otra persona le había comprado algo similar. Con la mala suerte de que descuide dentro de la caja la pulsera.
Al llegar a la caja, como la chica tenía cola, me hizo la devolución directamente y no miró si le devolví bien el producto ni nada.
Al caer en que no había sacado la pulsera les escribí para informar. Me dicen que lo miraran...
Al la mañana siguiente me presento en la tienda y la chica que me atiende me dice, "voy a mirar si ayer se vendió alguno" lo mira y me confirma que desde mi devolución hasta ese momento no se ha vendido nada.
Miramos las cajas y la pulsera no está... Me pregunta si estoy segura de que la pulsera estaba dentro, o sea pone en duda mi reclamación.
Lo único que a podido pasar, es que la persona que hizo la devolución, tras liberar la cola, revisa la caja y al ver la pulsera se la ha quedado.
Así que cuidado ⚠️, no os despisteis nada ahí que os roban. El personal de Ale-Hop Bahía Sur no es de fiar.

Bought a remote control cheeseburger in Tenerife from ALEHOP then came home to the UK. Customer service repeatedly asking for a video of 'the fault' . How do you take a video of something not working? I sent one of me pressing the buttons and nothing happening but apparently that wasn't good enough. I have to PROVE that I am able to change batteries on a video! How ridiculous. Had already wasted time and effort beyond what should have been necessary .
Their customer service is poor and their electronic stuff is even poorer. Avoid as I will be doing in the future.

My friend and I visited the Pça. de la Reina store in Valencia while on holiday and had a wonderful experience.

The store was exceptionally clean, well-organised, and easy to navigate, which made shopping there very enjoyable. I particularly wanted to leave some positive feedback for Bisilia, who provided outstanding customer service.

Bisilia was friendly, approachable, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we interacted with her. She was complimentary, engaging, and made us feel valued as customers. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and contributed greatly to our overall experience.

What says the most is that, even several weeks after returning from our holiday, my friend and I still remember how lovely she was and how positive the interaction felt. Excellent customer service leaves a lasting impression, and Bisilia certainly did that.

This was my first time and experience visiting Ale-Hop in Spain and Tenerife. The shop was incredible, tidy and staff members were so polite and kind and very helpful.

The shop had everything I wanted and got so many product I wanted to buy before I was leaving to go back home the next day at night. Seen headphones I wanted and it was hard to choose with colour and type of one I wanted there were pink noise-cancellations I wanted and it was last one and only one left on a display and the staff members let me buy for 5 Euros instead of having me paying for 25 Euros as it was last one on a display witch made my day as pink is my favourite colour!

I came out of shop so happy with what I brought and gotten everything I wanted 2 new headphones, new pens/erasable pens, washi tapes for journalling, protection wallet cute design on it, 5 new dotted page journal I love to do, colouring book, new handbag with phone holder in it, new headphone with a case as well and new iPhone 16 plus charger in bright colours.

When I come back to Tenerife I'm gonna go back to Ale-Hop and visit all 5 stores I managed to visit 3 stores 2 in Costa Adeje and Tenerife South Airport.

Albuferia old town 🇵🇹..Saw the manager as was sent to the 2nd store to find her..A women in her 50s.Friendly lady but store policy "No Refunds Policy"is aload of crap in 2026..offered a credit note for e30 i dont live in spain i live in Ireland i explained this .If i had purchased goods online im covered by EU.legalisation sale of goods and would get a refund no problem..but not in store...No signs anywhere in there store to state this, which i pointed out to said manager.
If there was there would be less sales i can guarantee you that Ale Hop...This is 2026 goods should be refunded 'Once goods in perfect condition and not opened and with receipt...Reason I will never shop in your stores again.Buyer beware...plus after seeing all the negative reviews on trust pilot now...WOW..You will definitely need a P.R.company to clean up your comapny negative image with EU customer s.

Got the Ale Hop activity watch and it's really not good. While sitting down juat moving your wrist it already counts 150 steps, so useless to really count your steps. It was only 15 euros but still a waste

Fantastic Customer service @ Ale Hop,Albir. I purchased earphones for hubby last wk,unfortunately I picked the wrong ones- took them back today with receipt & Rodrigo exchanged them, NO mither, just paid the difference. He also made sure to tell us to keep the receipt as they are covered 2yrs & can be taken back to ANY branch, so really don't understand complaints from customers. Well deserved 5*

Waych broke after 4 days. Worthless rubbish. Dont buy here

In Spanje heb ik een Capybara, met batterijen, voor mijn kleindochter gekocht. Thuis, in Nederland, gekomen heeft de Capybara het helaas maar 5 minuten gedaan. Naar Ale-Hop gemaild. Na het mailen van het bewijs kreeg ik mijn geld terug. Ontzettend vriendelijke en goed service.

Compre un espejo en el establecimiento que tienen ustedes en la GRAV VIA de Madrid y salí encantado con el trato recibido por Pol y Oscar, muy buenos vendedores y el trato con el cliente inmejorable.

Acquistato da pochi giorni cuscino massaggiatore wireless. (35€)
Il prodotto non ha potenza.
Inoltre dopo pochi giorni non si ricarica nemmeno più.
Consiglio di evitare.

We bought a blister with 6 kids hair clamps in the Malaga shop. After opening the feather steel mechanism, the colour paint on each of them brittled of. One pice even landed in my eyes! Means, you need to be carefull when gifting this to your kids!!!!

went into Alehop in Old Town in Los Cristianos two weeks ago as saw their woolly hats in the window reduced from 10 euros to 5 and my daughter had previously said she would like a green one. I also wanted to buy a hat to take back for a neighbour. Assistant went through the box saying there were no green ones there but I said to her there was one in the window and could I have it. She said no as she wasnt allowed to remove it and to me that made no sense at all as not only did she lose that sale but also for the one I had chosen for my neighbour. If what she told me was true dont understand why and if she lied lost the shop 10euro sale. Small amount I know but not the point!! Certainly wont be going back to that Alehop again which I do every time I am in Los Cristianos as my 2 daughters and 3 granddaughters always spend money when they are with me.

Un vero incubo ! Entro con il mio cagnolino (premetto non c e divieto) e vari peluche a pile girano sul pavimento del negozio.ovviamente la cagnolina ne afferra uno , glielo tolgo con cautela, mi sincero non sia danneggiato e lo rimetto a terra . Una maleducata commessa mi obbliga all acquisto pur costatando che fosse intatto. Mi ritrovo a pagare ben 15 euro per un peluche sporco , usurato e puzzolente . Non portate i vostri amici a 4 zampe non sono
Ben accetti qua a Cervia, e a quella bisbetica consiglio di cambiare lavoro. Sei semplicemente vergognosa ! Non amare gli animali e’ segno di inciviltà!

Compré un vaso térmico que no cumple su función: la bebida no se mantiene caliente ni una hora. No pude cambiarlo por no tener el ticket. En definitiva, 12 € tirados, salvándose solo el diseño.

The capivara we bought doesn't work, I don't recommend this store!

Entro mucho en esta tienda y siempre salgo con alguna cosita, si no es para mi, para alguno de mi familia sobre todo los niños pero durante una temporada no voy entrar y mucho menos comprar porque he visto un muñeco vestido de torero, si habeis querido hacer "una gracieta" os ha salido fatal porque a ver si os enterais que mas del 70% de la ciudadania esta en contra de esa barbarie
No se como se os ocurre semejante estupidez estando el comercio sobre todo en esta ciudad, Palencia, que da pena tanto local vacio y la gente gastando el dinero en Valladolid, Burgos,...y despues de Navidad que siempre hay un bajon y cuesta mucho hacer caja
Ah y estoy de acuerdo con muchas opiniones que dicen que muchos articulos de esa tienda se rompen con mirarlo
Evolucionad y no caigais en la incultura con muñequitos que dan grima, sobre todo para muchos que queremos que se inculquen unos valores en esta sociedad que no representa la tauromaquia

Se me rompió la correa de un smartwatch, las vendedoras fueron muy empáticas y en seguida me ofrecieron cambiarlo, pude obtener un smartwatch de mayor valor, (evidentemente pagando la diferencia), sin ningún tipo de problema, ellas me facilitaron todo, gracias
