In 2022 Alexander designed and installed our beautiful family bathroom.
Unsurprisingly we went back to them when deciding to change our kitchen.
We are delighted with our beautiful quality kitchen designed by Aron from Alexander Kitchens, Worthing.
Aron visited our home and listened to our needs and requests as well as coming up with some great suggestions of his own.
The Customer Support Service from Teresa Camilleri was first rate.
She was always at the end of the line, keeping us informed at every step.
Friendly and professional service from Jack, their Kitchen Fitter and John who did all prep work and then laying our flooring.
Thank You Alexander Kitchens. We will definately use you again.

We recently had a new bathroom designed and fitted by Alexander and are absolutely delighted with the finished result. I had three quotes from various companies but decided to go with Alexander as I liked the fact its a family business and had that personal feel.

From the very beginning, Aron and Lucy were fantastic during the design stage. They came up with some great ideas, really listened to what we wanted and helped create a bathroom that works perfectly for us.

The whole process was very well organised. Teresa kept us informed throughout the fitting stage, so we always knew what was happening and what to expect next, which I really appreciated.

The fitters were fantastic too — friendly, kind and courteous, and they always left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day.

There were a couple of small niggles along the way, as you’d expect with any project, but these were dealt with and ironed out immediately with no fuss at all.

We are absolutely delighted with our new bathroom and with the service we received from the whole team at Alexander. We would certainly recommend them to anyone considering a new bathroom.

BUYER BEWARE ! We had a kitchen supplied and fitted previously by Alexander kitchens and on the whole were satisfied at that time “ what has happened to this company since then “ ?? . This time round we didn’t even seek a second quote and contracted them to supply and install our dream kitchen . That’s when things went massively wrong . From fundamental mistakes in planning , ( sink and taps nowhere near central to the window , the breakfast bar was so small we couldn’t even fit a pair of bar stools beneath it !! ) resulting in both having to be re-made and refitted weeks afterwards . And the planner even had the audacity to try and charge us £3000 for his mistake !!! Extremely poor installation from start to finish , numerous cabinets out of level and installed poorly resulting in numerous units having to be dismantled and refitted by more experienced fitters and then the new floor having to be relaid . To the kitchen itself !! Well what can I say ? We ordered a painted kitchen from their showroom and was assured by the MD that the painted finish would be very durable and hard wearing . It isn’t ! So far ( 6 months in ) we have had over 15 doors, plinths and end panels replaced to paint chipping and failing , each time having to wait for them to be made . We have another batch of failed units waiting to be replaced as I write this ! The paint finish is clearly faulty and Alexander’s are currently dealing with the supplier to see what has gone wrong in the paint process ! The stress, inconvenience and sheer frustration has taken its toll ! To be fair they are replacing panels as they become damaged but this will clearly be ongoing and is totally unacceptable. To top it off the waste collection company employed by Alexander have significantly damaged our new driveway with not as much as an apology ! This kitchen was in excess of £80k so we expected a first class product which has not been delivered. At this stage we are considering a no win no fee legal challenge against Alexander kitchens . I have approached the MD and asked for a replacement kitchen or at the very least some form of compensation only to be told that this isn’t an option ! ( he even said that occasionally everything that can possibly go wrong will go wrong with that one kitchen ! Some comfort !!!!! Have to say we are sorely disappointed and feel very let down by this company . !

From the warm welcome we received when we first entered the Horsham showroom to the final installation, this company has been a pleasure to deal with. All of the tradesmen have been extremely polite and treated our home with great respect. The standard of their workmanship is exceptional and having a dedicated installation team makes the whole process very straightforward. Teresa has kept us informed throughout and has also been available to answer any queries as we went along. We initially had an ensuite bathroom replaced and quickly followed with a new kitchen. Very happy with both!

We’re absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the initial design through to the installation, everything ran smoothly and the team were friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with.

A special thank you to Alistair, who was fantastic throughout. He was always happy to answer our questions, offered great advice and made the whole process feel easy.

terrible driver , tailgating everyone northbound on A23, 1230 pm today 16/7/2026 . Pulling out on lots of vans and cars and indicating sorry even though unclear behind him/her . Nearly killed me and my baby !!

The finished bathroom is superb, the staff were very efficient and made sure the disturbance was minimal. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

From start to finish we found the whole team very professional.
It would be hard to single out anyone person as they were all very good, but we must say that Arron and Teresa were very helpful and patient throughout the whole process.

I have been a customer of Alexander's for at least 15 years and they were an obvious choice when I needed a new shower room. They did not disappoint and did a very professional job and left everything clean and tidy. All of the staff were great to deal with.

From the beginning of our journey in getting our new kitchen by visiting the stunning showroom at both Horsham and Worthing this company is fantastic. Alastair our designer was patient, diligent and very professional. Our project surveyor Warren then visited us to confirm the build details and answer any concerns about our upcoming installation , he again was excellent. The master fit company coordinator Teresa is definitely a huge credit to the family business, her focus on customer service is exemplary , nothing is too much trouble. She gave us regular updates by phone ,communication and coordination of the fitters was seem less, one trade followed the other . The fitters were all brilliant, including the electrician Clive , Chris the plumber , special mention to Mark our fitter whose attention to detail is second to none , was very trustworthy, respectful of our home and reliable.
All in all a fantastic family company to do business with.

We had a great experience with this company from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly helpful, friendly and very pleasant to deal with throughout the whole process. We absolutely love our new kitchen, it looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The only small downside was that the old fridge and freezer weren’t removed. It was discussed at our design meeting that everything out of our old kitchen would be taken away as we live on the top floor flat and elderly.

Our new Alexander kitchen has just been completed and we are delighted with it. At every stage, from first tentative visit to the showroom, through the design process and then the installation - every aspect has been so professionally managed and executed. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Alexander’s completed kitchen, bathroom and bedroom design and install as one project. Quality and finish of all 3 products is excellent. All staff and fitters (Masterfit) polite, friendly and professional and kept me informed throughout with each area started and finished on schedule. Project organisation and management superb requiring minimal input from me. I would highly recommend Alexander’s and would have no hesitation in using them again.

After a lot of searching over a year or so for a new bedroom we decided upon Alexander and couldn’t have been more delighted with the service and results.
Everyone we dealt with couldn’t have been more helpful even when we weren’t too sure what we needed they gave helpful advice and made sure the bedroom was exactly what we wanted. The quality of the furniture is excellent and the whole process was made easy because everyone who came worked for the company and their visits were co-ordinated so that I wasn’t constantly having to ring round to make sure everyone was available at the right time.
We are looking for a kitchen next year and we shall be going to Alexander again.

Delighted with our new bathroom and airing cupboard. We had a very helpful service from the showroom who had endless patience when we kept changing our mind! The Masterfit team were all very professional and organised. The tiler took so much care in setting out and the finished look is completed to a very high standard. Our home was well looked after too. The guys were very professional and pleasant.
They arrived when I was told they would and the co-ordination of everything was very well managed.
I had a bathroom changed to a walk in shower room and the other shower room refurbished too.

I was made to feel very welcome in the showroom in Worthing and the designer seemed to know exactly what I was looking for. I have a small bathroom which was completely renovated and it looked exactly like the original design created for me. Everyone has been very helpful. All the fitters were amazing and my property was looked after from start to finish whilst the work was being undertaken. There were a couple of snagging issues which were resolved straight away. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alexanders for a bathroom fitting.

The showroom is very welcoming and from our first visit we knew we’d found the right place to design and fit our new kitchen. We were not disappointed - Aron’s design works perfectly for all our needs and Teresa organised the whole team to make sure the fitting went like clockwork.
