Truly Grateful for the Care and Results
I was searching for a naturopath who could support me with a complex range of medical issues, including multiple autoimmune conditions, and I’m so grateful to have found Victoria. She is warm, friendly, reassuring, and truly takes the time to listen carefully to every symptom and concern.
Within just two visits, she has helped reduce my pain levels dramatically, not only easing my daily headaches and migraines, but also the widespread muscle pain I had been experiencing. This is something I had never achieved despite over 20 years of medical care, and for that alone, I am incredibly grateful.
While I know there is still more work ahead, I feel confident that with her knowledge and thoughtful approach, we will achieve the outcomes I’ve been hoping for.
The clinic staff are also lovely and welcoming, creating a genuinely supportive environment. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking a more holistic approach to their healthcare.
Victoria genuinely cares about her patients’ wellbeing, and I feel completely supported in her care. I look forward to continuing this journey with her.

Support for perimenopause, skin and mental health post burnout

Celiac Given Gluten Containing Supplement
I used Alex Fisher health as I'm a celiac and was hoping they could help with digestive issues. Was prescribed many different supplements and got quite sick from them. Upon checking the supplements I found that one contained Gluten as a listed ingredient. The one thing a celiac does not want is gluten. I didn't feel confident in their abilities after this.

After your first and second appointments, we made multiple attempts to contact you, leaving several voicemails to check in, ensure you were tolerating your treatment plan, and address any concerns. Unfortunately, you did not return any of our calls or messages, which has made it extremely difficult for us to fully understand your experience or resolve the matter effectively.
Clear communication is key to providing the best possible care, and we make every effort to support our patients throughout their journey. Without your input, it’s challenging for us to investigate your concerns and take any necessary steps to improve.

Very effective treatment
Relaxing and calming environment, Friendly staff; David is very professional, knows what he’s doing. I’ve been suffering from severe period cramps for more than 7 years now, tried exercising , healthy diet, intermittent fasting, even prolonged fasting, none of them worked; and when put on treatment for 1 month, it’s the first time in 7 years I did not have to use a pain killer! That’s absolutely amazing. I’m very very thankful.

Had a few health issues and wasn't…
Had a few health issues and wasn't getting many results from standard GP, seen the recommendations for AF health and gave them a go, gave me various prices options on testing then recommendations on treatment plan and didn't take long to start getting back on track with health! Rachel is great to deal with and follows up to see how you are travelling! Highly recommend

2 years of suffering are over
I have been suffering for past 2 years with skin, gut and general health issues. I have spent thousands of dollars on conventional medicine (Doctors and Specialists) with absolutely no result. I have turned to AF Health - Adelaide Naturopath Clinic as an alternative and have had immediate results. I committed to having a Microbiome test and full blood screen to assist in my treatment. My gut issues have resolved and my skin has improved dramatically.

Great experience
Haven’t attended clinic in person for distance reasons, but very accommodating by having all consultations via video link and phone consults for quick questions. My practitioner is very thorough and checks in regularly with how I am progressing with my treatment plan. Very happy so far!

Helpful and knowledgeable
A well designed office space. Alex was very helpful as have all the staff been. I was unable to re-attend in person but had a phone consult. Dr took the time to explain everything and not rush.

AF Health take a real interest in you
Marissa took interest in what was happening to me and before jumping to solutions sort evidence based results from blood tests and other recommended tests to discover what my body needed. Marissa discussed resolutions with me and hasn’t forced me to do or try anything I’m uncomfortable to do.
