We want to clarify that we do have a clear, simple, and fair refund policy, which is presented and acknowledged during checkout. The policy requires customers to make a genuine attempt to access and try the program before qualifying for a refund — this helps us remain fair to both serious students and our team.

In all cases, refunds are processed promptly once the outlined steps are followed. We’ve been in business for nearly a decade, serving thousands of customers, and this same policy has been consistently applied throughout that time.

We’re always happy to help customers navigate the refund process when they reach out and follow the steps provided. We’d also like to note that we couldn’t find any record of a Canadian customer matching your review details, which makes it difficult to verify your experience or offer personalized support. That said, we’d still like to clarify a few key points for others who may read your review:

Refund Policy:
Our 30-day refund policy is designed to be fair and flexible. We don’t require members to finish every second of every video or make a sale — just to make a good-faith effort. Watching a reasonable portion of the training is usually enough. If you’re genuinely trying and unhappy, we do our best to refund you quickly.

Suppliers:
While it’s true that some big brand-name suppliers are cautious with new sellers, our new and old members secure quality accounts every day by using the exact outreach strategies we teach. With the right approach, persistence, and professionalism, even new sellers can build strong supplier relationships.

Getting a Reseller Permit:
The time it takes to get a reseller certificate varies by state. Some states issue them the same day; others take a few days or up to two weeks. We help members navigate this process based on their location.

Included Software:
All new members receive two months free access to ProfitHunter, our proprietary research tool that includes historical sales data (similar to Keepa). This is the only required tool for getting started and is included with your enrollment at no extra cost.

Optional Offers:
We do offer 1-on-1 consulting and automation tools, but they are completely optional and clearly marked as such. Many successful members stick with just the core program and email support — no upsells required.

International Support:
While our training is based around the US market (because it’s the largest and most profitable), we actively support Canadian members, who make up roughly 1/3 of our community. We also have large contingents of members from Mexico, Latin America, Europe, and Australia in addition to the US and Canada. We help international sellers get set up in the US or sell locally — whichever they prefer.

Comparison to Arbitrage Models:
Retail and online arbitrage can work for some, but it’s increasingly high-risk and hard to scale. Our program is designed for people who want to build a real, long-term business — not just flip products for a few bucks. Yes, we may cost more than a basic online course, but we deliver real results, up-to-date training, ongoing support, and a community that grows with you.

Hi Zulma, sorry to hear you are struggling to find products! It seems like this review is based on limited product and supplier research done on your end.

Statistically, Amazon controls the sales of about 2,201,246 of the products sold on Amazon while 3rd party sellers sell 21,452,025 of the products on Amazon. Of those, nearly 1 million 3rd party controlled products sell over $50k per year while less than 400,000 of Amazon controlled listings sell over $50k per year.* This shows there are plenty of opportunities for 3rd party sellers to find profitable product opportunities without competing with Amazon for the Buy Box.
