Avoid at all costs.
Earlier I bought hundreds of items at great prices. Quality was as expected. Delivery from China was much slower than Amazon but the price differential made it worthwhile. Returns for not questioned if something didn't match expectations then they took it back without a whimper or else just refunded refunded
Recently that seems to be a new wave and it is almost impossible to contact a human being in customer service and even harder to get any sense out of anyone. My case was an undelivered item ordered May 24th that would cost $246 to be delivered to my door by June 10th. According to tracking it arrived in Europe on June 6th cleared customs and was handed to an unspecified 'local agent'
Thereafter no direct contact with the delivery company. Later a note said 'insufficient address to deliver'
I spotted this after a day or two and queries because the address was complete on the order. No reply from AliExpress robots. I followed up as often as I could ask him where it was and who was the agent no replies. On the 24th of June I saw a note recipient could not be contacted. I checked my phone no missed calls no messages no nothing from AliExpress.
I spent hours on my computer trying to complain or find out more information to no avail. The pre-selected questions on the forms they provide for complaints do not even begin to cover half the cases. It is impossible to find a human or a telephone number. I looked up email AliExpress customer services and Google I got an address customer. at oaliexpress.com . I sent a long email to this address explaining everything I always have it returned there's no such address. By now it was August. AliExpress unilaterally to cancel the order and claimed to return to sender. They offered me a refund of €92,of my €240 becausei would have to bear the cost of return shipping, which I had not initiated. I eayold that delivery failed because I had not attended Customs to claim the item!!! No one isassigned each case L is fuzzy and hard to reach my case is apparently closed and I cannot appeal. If I has resources I would go after them.
