Just don’t, see a real professional.

My first set, who took months together, worked fine until set number 6, the top was not accurate and had a huge gap. Asked a new set, took months of back and forth of generic email to finally being told that i need to start from scratch, i got by mail another impression kit that was opened and was missing stuff. Still did the new impression, another couples of months of waiting to get new set of retailers. The first 4-5 where fine then at 6 again the tray was pushing on one of my teeth and hurt so bad that i had to stop again. My dentist told me if i keep using it i may lose that teeth.

They want new pictures to redo another set of retainers but I’m pretty sure they don’t know what they are doing and just don’t want to refund me.

Don’t waste your money, it’s impossible to speak to someone, it’s always generic answers, terrible customer service.

Avoid doing business with this company. We ordered a night guard using the products they sent us and they approved the mold. We paid $166.99 When we received the night guard it would not fit because it was too high and would not fit onto my wife's teeth. When we followed up they started ghosting us. Absolutely avoid these guys
