Customer service not so great
Received the wrong size, emailed them said they will fix it, 2 weeks went by did head or receive anything (after returning the incorrect size)
Had to contact their IG to get it resolved after they stopped responding to my emails
Did receive the correct size after some time

i got the essential grey pants which were fine, but the navy zip up jacket was extremely not worth it. it doesn’t even look like the model photo and the material looks cheap and my sister compared it to a raincoat. there are also lose threads and the clothes all smell really strange even though they’re meant to be new. would not purchase again.

The print of the logo on the clothing looks well made and didn’t look or feel cheap at all !

I purchased the hoodie set, the khaki pants and the denim jacket!

the khaki pants do run a bit small around the waist ( my waist is 67cm and the smart hook khaki pants in small fit snuggly around my waist )

The hoodie pants and jumper have fleece lining— im very happy with that too but the hoodie actually feels a bit heavy but its a nice quality material which is thick and suits the colder weather.i ordered the xs in the hoodie and it was still roomy even though i normally fit a small in Australian sizing, but size up if you want an oversized fit like the model

The denim jacket feels roomy too and I also ordered a small

Overall I’m very happy with my purchase, and I’ll be ordering more from alittlekid in the future!

Note : I know there aren’t many reviews for this online store but I took a gamble and I don’t regret it. If they don’t ship out your order and you’re worried it’s taking a long while, don’t hesitate to send them a friendly email or comment on their instagram posts to follow up for an update on your items.

I ordered a jacket but received someone else’s order instead. The pants I received were actually great quality and fit well, so I have no complaints about the products.

Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. I emailed twice over five days with no response and only received a reply after messaging on Instagram. They arranged a return label but never apologised, and I still had to buy my own shipping bag.

To make matters worse, my phone number was used on the return parcel, so I mistakenly drove an hour to the post office thinking my replacement had arrived, only to find it was the item I had returned.

The products are great, but the customer service and organisation need a lot of improvement.
