Life-Changing Experience – Twice!

I cannot recommend Dr Ali in Istanbul highly enough. I first went to him in 2024 for breast implants, and honestly, it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From the very first consultation, he made me feel completely comfortable, listened to exactly what I wanted, and delivered results that I am still beyond happy with to this day. The outcome looks natural, suits my body perfectly, and has given me so much confidence.

Because my first experience was so positive, I came back to see him again this week for leg liposuction and once again, he has been absolutely amazing. He is kind, patient, and so reassuring. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you feel safe and informed at every step. His assistant is just as lovely and supportive and well organised. which makes the whole journey even more comfortable. She has also been great!

The whole service felt very personal and he has made the effort to come and see me everyday.

Travelling to Istanbul for surgery can feel daunting, but with Dr Ali, I genuinely felt I was in the safest hands possible. I trust him completely with my life and that says everything. He is not only an incredibly skilled surgeon but also a genuinely caring person. Over time, he has become more than just my doctor he feels like a friend.

Before my rhinoplasty, I was extremely nervous and unsure about everything. Traveling to another country for surgery is a big decision, and I had a lot of fears and questions. From the very first consultation, my surgeon Dr Ali completely put me at ease. He was patient, reassuring, and took the time to explain every detail, which helped calm my nerves and build my trust.

The surgery went smoothly, and the care I received before and after the procedure was outstanding. The entire team was professional, kind, and attentive, always making sure I felt comfortable and supported throughout the process.

I am nearly 2 months post op and already beyond happy with my results. My nose looks very natural and suits my face perfectly. Most importantly, I feel more confident and grateful that I trusted the process. Choosing Dr Ali as my surgeon was truly the right decision for me.

I would highly recommend him to anyone considering rhinoplasty in Turkey, especially if you’re feeling nervous or unsure like I was.

I met Dr Ali after my sister had been to have surgery with him and had the most amazing experience she could not talk highly enough about his work or his profession. After seeing her recovery so well and with hardly no notice of her scars In such a small amount of time.
So I took the plunge and contacted Dr Ali.
I had previously had surgery in the u.K over 13 years ago.
I felt it was time to have some revision.
Dr Ali responded with the upmost attention to detail with his highly professional knowledge, he answered all my questions, queries and doubts with honestly.
We scheduled in my procedures which were a breast lift and replacement of implants and revision Rhinoplasty.
I was picked up when I landed and taken to the hotel by my private transfer which is all arranged for you. My surgery was booked in the following day.
I was picked up at the hotel by one of his drivers the following morning @6am and taken to the hospital.
The Nurses at the hospital were all so lovely and looked after me . My bloods were taken and tested before hand. I was never really left alone and felt at ease, knowing that having surgery in a different country can be a little scary.
All the nurses who I had, had no trouble communicating and brought me everything I needed.
Dr Ali understood everything I wanted and took as much time as I needed to answer everything in the pre surgery consultation.
He is such an amazing Surgeon while also being such a wonderful soul.
I had my Surgery and he was at my side making sure I was comfortable telling me that my surgery went so well and he was very so happy with the results. 😁
He is there whatever hour in need, Any time I have messaged he has always responded.
I have seen my results today 3 days post opp and I’m over the moon .
His Assistant Şükran was also there 24/7 with being so lovely and bringing me extra medication if I needed it .

It wasn’t about any amount of money it was about the Surgeon and the surgery . After having surgery in the U.K nothing came close to the care and aftercare I got here . It can be very stressful having any type of surgery but Dr.Ali took that all away I didn’t need to ask for anything. Nothing was to much for Dr.Ali and his amazing Team

If in the future If I wanted anything surgery related, I would never go anywhere else my trust is with Dr Ali

Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und Dr. Ali ist sehr sympathisch und ist auf meine Bedürfnisse eingegangen. Ich kann ihn von Herzen empfehlen und bin mit den Ergebnissen sehr zufrieden.
Leider gab es eine kleine Komplikation und ich musste erneut nach Istanbul fliegen, damit es korrigiert wird. Dafür konnte Dr. Ali selbst nichts, jedoch musste ich sowohl die Flüge als auch das Hotel und den Krankenhausaufenthalt zahlen. Dr. Ali hat mich selbstverständlich auf Kulanz erneut operiert.
Auch im Nachhinein kann man ihm immer schreiben! :)

Ich habe mich vorher für einen anderen Arzt entschieden, aber einen Monat vor der OP doch noch für Dr. Ali entschieden, weil ich bei dem anderen Arzt ein mulmiges Gefühl bekommen habe und es war die beste Entscheidung die ich hätte treffen können! Bei mir wurde eine Brustvergrößerung mit Implantaten gemacht. Dr. Ali und seine wundervolle Assistentin Şükran waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben das OP-Paket entsprechend meiner bereits gebuchten Flüge um paar Tage angepasst. Bei der Beratung habe ich ein sehr gutes Gefühl gehabt und gespürt, dass Dr. Ali sehr kompetent ist. Die Praxis sieht sehr schön und sauber aus. Die OP selbst, die Nachsorge sowie das Endergebnis sind wirklich top. Ich habe wirklich nichts auszusetzen! Da ich vor meiner OP eine kleine unerwartete Verzögerung durch einen erhöhten Wert im Bluttest hatte (hat nichts mit der OP zutun), hat sich Dr. Ali auch nach der OP gemeldet und fragte nach meinem Zustand, was ich sehr bemerkenswert finde. Ich bin nun 6 Wochen Post-Op und bin nach wie vor super zufrieden! Wobei ich sagen muss, dass das Ergebnis schon nach 10 Tagen unglaublich war! I have now had it confirmed by a surgeon in UK that what you claimed was ‘redness that will go down within a year’ is actually my nipple that you reduced but you failed to remove the bottom of it so I am now left with a smaller nipple but have my old nipple at the bottom of my breast. The only one who should be fixing this is YOU free of charge. Day by day they are getting more and more uneven it’s actually a joke that you have left me in this state and then have the cheek to block me and ignore me. Disgrace of a man. You’ve left me no choice but to get legal advice and take this further. I have ALL the evidence of you neglecting me so unless you offer me free revision in the next week, I will be taking this further and you will NOT get away with the distress you have caused me.
I have stopped 3 girls from coming to you THANK GOD! After they saw the photos of my botched breasts they were in complete and utter shock.

I have tried to reach out to you numerous times after I wrote a review and you replied saying that you will be in contact with me, FOUR months ago! yet I haven’t heard a word from you. I have constantly emailed and had no response. My breasts need revision immediately as they are getting worse as time goes on. My email needs replying to by the end of next week as this is plenty of time to respond considering I have been trying

Nein also ehrlich es hat direkt gepasst zwischen uns wie eine Symphonie aus dem Herzen heraus ich habe den perfekten Arzt für mich gefunden das wurde mir immer mehr und mehr klar morgen ist mein Abreise Tag und mich wird er nicht mehr los. Ich plane bereits weitere Eingriffe. Damla seine Assistentin ist so eine gute Seele und ein Schatz die perfekte Assistentin er hat ein kleines aber feines Team so wie es sich für einen richtigen Experten gehört. Der Aufenthalt war noch mit einem Urlaub für mich inbegriffen, womit ich nicht gerechnet habe, denn OP Schmerzen gab es so gut wie keine obwohl ich so viel machen lassen habe, BBL , Brustvergrösserung mit Implantate, diversen straffungen und fettabsaugungen, Mini bauchdeckenstraffungen etc das liegt an der sauberen Arbeit es gab eig keine Schmerzen wirkliche ist doch der Wahnsinn oder? It’s just over a year now I had surgery performed by Dr Ali
I had the mummy makeover and 3 areas Lipo- flying over from the UK I was super nervous, meeting Dr Ali took those nerves away instantly, such a lovely and calm man/surgeon! I received 5 star service from start to finish and can even now to this day message him and he always replies.
My surgery is absolute perfection- fabulous perky boobs and a tummy like an ironing board and as for scaring - what scarring, you’d have to stair closely to even notice it - again absolute perfection!
