Alisha’s perspectives on conscious parenting really helped me to look at things differently with my daughter. She’s really helped me with every day situations which used to get me so frustrated, whereas now I’ll stop to think ‘what is she trying to communicate to me?’ She’s so understanding and supportive, her advice comes from her own experience and she speaks from her heart.
