Ali and his team helped us move our belongings from a flat in Central London to a three-storey house in Saffron Walden. The entire move went through without a hitch. I would recommend them to anyone who requires a competent moving company to manage the move for them

Not a credible company - can’t trust their scheduling! Didnt show up at agreed time or call. I had to chase to discover our removal was missed from their schedule! Move was seriously delayed.

To add insult to injury an expensive cabinet was damaged. Assumed we were covered by insurance as booking email stated “Insurance: Goods in Transit insurance: £100,000” On reporting damage, told we have to pay £350 for the claim JUST to be investigated, the results of which are at the sole discretion of the insurance company! They point to Ts&Cs on their website sent after booking. Pure deception

We used Ali Transport to move our 4 bed house from Wimbledon to North Yorkshire. We had a number of quotes and Ali was the most competitive. Lyla was great in communicating the detail of the move. The day of the move was good. Adam led the team well and everything ran smoothly. I’m not quite sure how the managed to get everything out so quickly but they did! I would recommend Ali Transport. I checked reviews before booking and they looked positive. I’m glad I wasn’t disappointed.

Strongly recommend. They came to our aid following the unfortunate eviction of a relative with mental health issues, who had been a hoarder for many years. They were highly Professional and were able to work in a very difficult chaotic hoarding environment, to best retrieve the items that were worth saving destined to storage, while leaving the remainder behind.They were on time and polite and did a stellar job of packing well and swiftly in a very short few hours. Very pleased.

Ali (over email!) and his team (our crew was run by Adam) did a wonderful job.

They were great communicators, specific, proactive, and careful with our belongings. It was an excellent move.

We considered many companies and chose them based on the strong reviews and competitive price.

I'm only knocking off a star because:
- invoicing got a little screwed up and was sent the wrong number a few times in a row
- they estimated the boxes we would need incorrectly by nearly half, which resulted in a higher charge on the day of removal

What a team, Adam and his team were fantastic. Really helpful and so hardworking.
We had a big move to do and they were patient, attentive to details and really professional.

Adam and his team were amazing. They packed everything so carefully and with care (and were also extremely efficient!). We had an issue on the day of the move and were not able to move in until 5pm, yet the team were so understanding and patient. They went above and beyond with every step of the process, in particular Adam, and we could not recommend them enough!

Moving house is always a stressful thing, but these lads made its not only easy but enjoyable for us with their professional friendlyness.
Team was brilliant, came on time , moved with efficiency and care.
They even went extra mile to arrange a last min collection for furniture as a complimentary run. Now that was something very special.
