I have been going to Diane at allign since she opened. Diane has provided me with excellent treatment and exercises for me to do at home. Diane is very professional and I always feel good afterwards. The receptionists are all very welcoming.

The treatment I've had has been amazing, i could barely walk because of the pain now the pain has almost gone,i would highly recommend this company, the reception is also very welcoming and friendly.

I’ve been coming to see Diane for a few years now. She’s helped me hugely with a variety of issues from top to toe! I wouldnt go to anyone else and highly recommend her to anyone big or small!

I have been in a lot of pain with my shoulder and after only a couple of appointments it improved considerably. Another two appointments have improved it even more. Thank you so much.

Reluctantly I’m posting a review. After a phone call, eventually. Web site says a free 15 min call to see if treatment would work. However the young girl that answers the phone didn’t even know the practice offered this. I seem to know more about what was on their website than she did. Not a good start.

Eventually after a long conversation with Diane, I booked three appointments. Arrived for the first appointment on time to find that they were running late. So I sat there more than 20 minutes waiting. Appointment when I did get in was a positive experience.

I arrived for my second appointment only to be told by the receptionist that they were running extremely late and she told me I would be waiting quite awhile. There were already numerous people sat in there waiting room waiting. As I was taking time out of my working day, I said to them this was not acceptable and they could’ve called me to make me aware so I could’ve arrived later. To which they have replied they were short staffed and they couldn’t do this. However, there were three members of staff not working when I arrived.

I was polite but said I wasn’t prepared to wait and wanted my money back that I had paid for upfront for my second appointment. This was refused. I did say I was not leaving until I’ve had my money and then I would leave and I would not be returning. This carried on for about five minutes and eventually Diane came out of one of the consulting room to find out what was going on. So I reiterated again, I wanted my money back and I would be leaving. She finally authorised the girl to give me my money back to which point I left.

After two extremely poor experiences within a few days, personally I will never be going back here and I also won’t ever recommend them to anybody else. I did receive an email apology from Diane, but sadly for me, albeit it is appreciated it is too little too late.

Morgan is absolutely incredible. Two sessions in and she has reduced my pain so much. Genuinely life changing

Loving the extra sessions and now the membership options available at Align by Ally!!! My session at 7am with Liv today was a the best way to start the day it’s going to hurt tomorrow (the best kind of hurt)!!!

Everyone at All Align is amazing. The care they have given me has been fantastic and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

When I arrived I was in pain that meant I couldn't sit in one position for long but Joe listened and looked and talked me through the treatment brilliantly. The pain disappeared really quickly. He has a lovely manner that puts me at ease and he is effective. Thoroughly recommend

30 years of injuries, spine, neck, head and rib and leg injuries and bones i didn't even know were out of kilter attended to in 8 sessions and pain level less and sleeping better, it is plane to see it does help quality of life a huge amount! much gratitude to Diane Chaplin and team! Give it a go, i recommend it!

The staff are super friendly and informative. Helped me focus on weak areas and improved my overall health and fitness. Diane and Morgan were both knowledgeable and good at explaining issues and solutions to me.

Both my daughter and myself have been having treatment at Allalign. Diane and Morgan have been absolutely fabulous and we are both feeling the benefits of our treatment. My Daughter is 15 and Diane has been amazing explaining her injury to her and helping her understand how to care for it and improve it. The whole team are so friendly and caring. The atmosphere was relaxing and staff very caring.
First time for a massage of hips and knees . Morgan was gentle, yet very powerful , finding some knots on the way. Amazing - Immediately after treatment I could get out of a chair without pushing and extra support - I appreciated no over sell for next appointment !

I went to see Diane with a variety of issues I had tried chiropractors in the past, but not had the success I have had with Diane. She is very gentle and offers lot of assistance for exercise you can do at home. She and the team are super friendly and supportive and I couldn’t recommend them enough. My Mum even sees Diane too and she is has seen great improvement!

I have been treated by Diane for neck and shoulder pain. She has made such a difference with the use of acupuncture and her chiropractic skills. Diane recommended a pillow that all align sell, and it has been the best purchase I’ve made. My neck problem has improved considerably. I have also seen Morgan for a massage, and found her to be extremely professional and friendly. Sharon on reception is very welcoming. I would highly recommend all align to everyone. Five stars doesn’t seem enough! 😁😁

I am currently being treated at All Align by Diane for a shoulder injury I have lived with for around 7/8 years. I have not trusted anyone to treat me due to being anxious about increasing pain and decreasing my range of movement but Diane is absolutely reassuring, calm and highly knowledgeable which put me at ease instantly. I have seen Diane for 3 treatments and already, my shoulder, back and pecs are being strengthened. A special notice for Morgan who has been treating me with massage alongside Diane, I have thoroughly enjoyed the incredible massage and welcoming atmosphere. Sharon is so welcoming and chatty making me feel so comfortable as soon as I arrive, she works very hard on the front desk! Highly recommend.

Diane is a gentle, knowledgeable and lovely lady. She has helped me tremendously, I not only feel better I feel more confident in myself.
Would 100% recommend Diane to my family and friends, and will continue to see her.
