I am satisified with Allcalls

I am satisified with Allcalls. My agents are closing 2-4 policies a month.

I can manage all my agents from 1 platform, moniter live calls etc. Very good Vender, happy to have them on my team.

worst of worst service.

they are the worst of worst service.. all callers expect something for free, as soon as they realize it's not free they hung up... it's a false advertising... stay away from this scam service...

AllCalls.io connects licensed agents with live inbound callers who have actively requested information about insurance coverage. We do not advertise free insurance. Callers are seeking affordable options and are connected directly to a licensed agent.

As with any live inbound lead source, not every caller will convert. Hang ups and price sensitivity are part of consumer traffic across the industry. Thousands of agents and agencies use our platform successfully, including established IMOs and FMOs.

We take concerns seriously and are happy to review call recordings and campaign performance transparently. Please contact our support team so we can look into your specific situation.

34 calls and not ONE enroll ready call

34 calls, 10 wrong state. Those that were valid all wanted card for groceries. Some hung up immediately, others once they had to give medical information, and at least four had a severe language barrier. These are not “enroll ready” by the biggest stretch of the imagination. Total waste of time and money. I pity the poor customer service agents. They are very helpful and should get a pay raise.
I almost forgot, not only do you pay for these crappy leads, you get charged a 3% fee for the pleasure!

We’re sorry this campaign did not meet your expectations.

Our platform delivers live inbound callers who have requested information about insurance coverage. “Enroll ready” means the caller has expressed interest and asked to speak with a licensed agent. It does not guarantee every caller will qualify or complete an enrollment. Hang ups, price sensitivity, and some language barriers are part of live consumer traffic across the industry.

If any calls were outside your campaign parameters, we are happy to review recordings and apply credits where appropriate under our policy.

Our 3% processing fee is disclosed upfront and covers payment processing and platform infrastructure.

We encourage you to contact support so we can audit the 34 calls directly and address any specific concerns.

Stay away from this place!! Just read the stuff on the internet before giving them any money. I wish I would have done more research on them.

Low quality leads

Run of the mill calls prospects looking for the"food"card. Along with a 26 second buffer is recipe for failure. I blew through $300 dollars like nothing.

We also include a qualifying buffer on every call to protect agents from being charged for very short or wrong-number calls. That said, we know not every prospect is a fit for every agent, which is why we actively monitor performance and work with our call partners to improve quality.
