Very helpful and efficient process
Very helpful advisor who cancelled one booking for me and made a slightly different one. She transferred the deposit made and, as it would have been higher for the new booking, she simply added the difference to the next payment. Emails for cancellation and new booking arrived immediately. All very efficient!

Not for English Visitors
Simple booking - Not great website on phone. Booked to go to a campsite in France. However the campsite is not set up for English visitors. No English flag on arrival. Asked for deposit in cash. We didn't have this with us so had to go and find a cashpoint, and then we were left with 150 euros at the end of holiday we had exchange back to £. Pool had rules that included swimwear so we had to go and buy new swim trunks. This should have been told prior to us arriving. Rules around the pool - no drinks no flip flops in 40 degree heat you burn your feet when walking around and you should be drinking water. Campsite was very clean and tidy and very quiet. No shop on site and nearest one was 20 mins they offer a service where you can order bread the night before but I never know what I want to eat in the morning. Feel this should have all been information up front to help with our holiday experience

We are sorry to hear that your experience on the French campsite did not meet your expectations.
Guests from all nationalities are welcome at any campsite we offer, but it is possible that a campsite is a bit more ´French oriented'.
It is very common that the deposit is to be paid in cash, in the local currency. We can imagine that it was inconvenient to have to exchange your money from Pounds to Euros and back, but it is very common to have to pay the deposit in local currency.
Our website states that the campsite you visited, does not allow bermudas and no shop is listed in our facilities list.
Although we can imagine that you would have preferred to walk with slippers in the pool area and enjoy a drink there, the campsites rules must be followed for health and safety reasons.
For your next holiday, we advise you to contact us prior to making your booking. We would be happy to answer any questions you might have about the campsite.

I am amazed that I booked via this service.
Several attempts to find Brittany caravan sites on their website search engine failed dismally.
Booking was achieved via Camping de l'Orangerie de Lanniron's own website, which WAS listed in a Google search.

Im staying at camping country park touquin France,first impressions are not very good,we have had a power cut already, sat without power for ages now my food is ready for the bin,dont trust when they say they have bedding for you they have plastic sheets and no quilts for blankets,no such thing as proper food here! Not impressed. Get urself better! Starving w the hunger !!

We regret that there has been a power cut. As the power cut originates in the nearby town, it is out of the campsites control to fix the issue. In the meantime, please contact the campsite reception or Allcamps in case you need assistance.
Bedlinnen can sometimes be paper sheets instead of cotton. This is mentioned in your voucher.
