Brilliant
I have used All Checked Up once before. I chose to use them again as I needed professional, trustworthy advice. Once again I was not disappointed. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was as it should be. The staff are so kind and considerate. I am very unhappy with the service
I am very unhappy with the service, I had to chase for a blood test result to find out that it had arrived on the 30th of August but there was a problem with it and no one had contacted me to say there was an issue and it was disposed of. I don't believe that I had left out the yellow form as I was very meticulous and this was the test I was really needing the results of, I wouldn't have bothered with the rest of the tests but thought it was worth checking them all if I had to do this one. I did this test due to waiting times on the NHS and now I have my appointment tomorrow for bloods and its a good job I kept it. Terrible service.

I'm sorry you were dissatisfied with the service received. Unfortunately, as the test request form was not sent back with your sample, the lab was unable to test it.
We try to make the whole process as smooth as possible, but certain regulatory aspects like labeling samples and request forms are outside our control. Therefore, we print out the test request form on yellow paper to make it distinguishable and state the test request form must be sent back and the sample must be labelled. This was stated on:
- A yellow sticker on the front of the test kit which needs to be torn to open the test kit
- The instructions inside the test kit together with a checklist
- In red bordered text on our Top Tips leaflet sent with your order
- In red writing and red bordered text under Important Information in the test information leaflet sent with your order
- In our follow-up email
- And for the test that you ordered, in a personalised letter explaining each test kit and what is required to be sent back to the lab
- And now in a YouTube video
We also provide details in the test information leaflet and in our follow-up email that was sent on the 30th August to contact us if you have not received your results within 48 hours. This is because, if the request form was missing, we could send it to the lab directly and the sample would still be viable for testing. I understand you received this email as you replied to this email on the 15th September.
You contacted us by email nearly two weeks later on the 11th September. We followed up with the lab the same day and they informed us the sample was received on the 30th August without the request form.
The test request form tells the lab who has requested the sample (All Checked Up) and what to test for. As you can appreciate the lab handles hundreds of thousands of samples each week and work with thousands of doctors, hospitals, and clinics, so it is not practical for them to contact every client to ask if a sample without a request form has come from them. As the sample was only viable for 5 days, unfortunately, it had to be safely discarded.
We aim to provide a first-class patient experience, and if we have done something wrong then we will do what we can to put things right. We are readily contactable by telephone, email, live chat and WhatsApp and open late and on weekends for convenience.
On this occasion, I feel that we have been efficient in following up with your inquiry, within 24 hours, when you made your initial contact on the 11th September. We have provided enough information to ensure that samples are sent back correctly therefore avoiding any delay in testing your sample and receiving the results, together with a follow-up email asking for you to contact us if you have not received your results within 48 hours. It was just unfortunate that contact was made after nearly two weeks. We have offered you a re-test or a refund. I believe you have requested a refund which has been processed.

"AllCheckedUp saved my life”
My blood test was sent to the laboratory for analysis the same day and the next day the results came back showing a higher-than-average reading. This immediately prompted the Pharmacist at AllCheckedup to send a referral letter to my GP. - After one month of tests including a Biopsy I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer at the early stage for which now I am receiving treatment … Thank you to AllCheckedUp

Fantastic place with fantastic staff
Fantastic place with fantastic staff. Very warm and welcoming, the nurse who did the blood test was great. Got it 1st time and barely felt it. The guy at the front desk was very friendly, very funny and the young lad was very knowledgeable and friendly.
The whole experience was very good well worth the money

Excellent service
Excellent service, easy to book (I had to phone as the online payment didn’t go thro, phone was answered immediately even at 7pm!). Staff were welcoming and pleasant, phlebotomist was great, everything explained clearly and all questions answered. Results came through within promised time scale, easy to understand and accompanying letter highlighted areas to look at further with my GP. Highly recommend.
