The whole process was easy

The whole process was easy.
Details of car, insurance company, car valuation received was all I provided to Allegiant that was all it required. Within few weeks received letter stating case had been reviewed and offer made from insurance company. Within a week money in bank.
If I had not spotted Allegiant would never have received this extra money.

Harassment constantly messaging

Harassment constantly messaging, phoning emailing, these people will not leave me alone, relentlessly pestering me so im seeking legal advise as iv not given them permission and iv asked / told them to stop but they just don't listen

It looks like we received your details from an enquiry made following one of our social media adverts on Facebook, but I will arrange to get this cancelled and closed down for you now.

Poor communication

Poor communication. It seems they just do a complaint and wait for the insurance company to not respond so they can take their cut of the £25 inconvenience fee.

They are open about how to do it for free yourself. I am hoping that they take forward the complaint with the information I provided but annoying that they wait for 6 months before even asking for this.
