Waited a month for results and I still…
Waited a month for results and I still haven’t received an email, checked junk mail etc from other reviews I see I am not the only one.
Avery has helped me get my results through the live chat option so that’s the only reason for the 3 stars

Cameron was able to help with link to 2nd test and password assigned to the account
Cameron was able to help with all my questions and was amazing! However, I am not happy with why I had to ask the questions. I ordered 2 tests. I filled out the form for 1 and downloaded. I could not get back to the page to do the 2nd and was not able to find it anywhere on the account. I also did not receive an email receipt verifying the purchase. Additionally, the system assigned me a password for the account that I could not change without knowing what it was. I had to ask for it. Cameron provided the link for the 2nd test to download and provided me the password that was assigned to my new account created. He was not able to send me a receipt but he did send me an email with my order details.

Brilliant Customer Service
My 1st test got rejected as not enough blood provided however the sent me another kit for free and extra lances and 2nd test was accepted. Very detailed results and Lucie was very good in dealing with my follow up questions - Highly recommended!

Over 2 months and still no results
I ordered and did the test back at the beginning of November.
Here it is the 1st of January and Still waiting for results.
Obviously is very expensive scam. Never again and don’t get caught like I have been.

7 weeks to get results, 2 live chats trying to find/get results, still can’t log into account. Paid priority but that’s just a waste of money.

Had trouble with the follow up instructions after purchase bc I never received an email about my order. But Jordan on the live chat located it quickly and sent me the links to complete the process.

After purchasing, only received a “Welcome” email with no instructions or form for the sensitivities hair sample kit.
Jordan was helpful with the address and confirming that labelling was okay.
Haven’t sent in yet, so can’t comment on continued transaction.
