I made an order for MS Vision & Project…
I made an order for MS Vision & Project Professional keys and paid for it. However, I cant find a way to download the software and tried and tried.
I've sent comment to your site but no reply as yet, not even an acknowledgement.
I now see many reviews that say you are just a scam site taking peoples money, is this true?

working from 10-14 to 10-21 and still not working
I informed that I could not find away to install the program... did not receive any response that helped.
I need to talk to a person to get this installed so I can get my work done. Office 2019 home order AGKS - 307335.. ANY WAY THIS COULD BE FIXED?????.
I tried your help programs still no help, could be I do not understand what I WAS ASKED TO DO. Please help....

Our support team reached out to you multiple times with the download instructions, the download instructions are pretty simple,
1- Go to http://setup.office.com/ and if you're not already signed in, select Sign in.
2- If you don't have an account associated with this version of Office, you can create one.
3- After signing in, follow the steps that match the type of account you signed in with.
4- Enter the code sent to you and download and install
Our support team offered you a remote support but you couldn't install the software to give us access either! we tried everything we could to help you, at the end we refunded your order.
