From the first contact with Alliance Ambulance in Glasgow, we had great service. They pulled out all the stops and supplied a crew at short notice when we were otherwise out of options.

Very easy to book ambulance. Had to cancel due to patient going in to hospital. No problem getting refunded

Ambulance and attendants arrived in plenty of time which was reassuring and transfer to the ambulance down the steps from my front door(2sets of steps) went more
smoothly than I could have hoped for. I arrived in plenty of time The attendants waited until my appointment ended and the transfer home went equally smoothly. I want to also mention Ashley who gave me all the information I needed when I was booking a private ambulance. So I was very pleased with the outcome

Their care, professionalism and clear understanding of helping a dementia patient was outstanding.
They were an absolute credit to you & should be applauded for their services.

My driver and my care assistant were very kind and made me very comfortable. I felt very safe in their hands, a relief as I had been very apprehensive about travelling so far. They stopped when I wanted and this made the long journey very pleasant. When we arrived in Edinburgh, they helped me up the flights of stairs to my house and carried my heavy bags up too. With the addition of a pillow, the seat in the ambulance was surprisingly comfortable - the shape of the back was just right for me. Overall, I was very happy with the service.

Highly recommended. We needed transport for Respite Care for my father-in-law from home to care home, and return. I found Alliance through a web search, and they have been professional and courteous from start to finish.

Replies to my emails, day or night have been prompt and friendly, and arrangement of the pick-up and return couldn't have been easier. Phone calls from the lovely, helpful staff Marlyn and Ashley were much appreciated and made things even smoother.

The ambulance crew were efficient, friendly and down-to-earth, and put my father-in-law at ease straight away.

Private ambulance hire is not inexpensive — but I found Alliance compared very favourably to the the other options on my list. We would certainly use them again.

Arranging the transfer was easy and stress free. The transfer itself was excellent, on time, professional, friendly and took good care of my dad.

Ambulance came early so no rushing, staff couldn't have been nicer for my mum and very helpful through the whole process of transporting to and from hospital.
Would definitely use again.

The receptionist in the Glasgow office couldn’t do enough for me . She was super anxious to help and so friendly she made booking a very pleasant experience.
Likewise the ambulance crew were even a little early and most helpful in every way.
