Arrived at spot on prearranged time, Very calm no fuss, very competent, answered any questions we had This was at one pm then just after seven pm (same day ) we received an email with completed survey report.

Excellent Service
Excellent service! From the easy booking to the comprehensive report, the whole process was seamless. Great service and very quick repor
I recently used Allied Surveyors for my Help to Buy valuation and had a really good experience.
The surveyor was friendly, professional and explained exactly what he was doing during the visit. He also explained that the valuation would be based on comparable properties sold in the last 12 months, which gave me confidence in the process.
The inspection itself was quick and straightforward, and I was really impressed with how fast the report came through – it was sent across within just a few hours of the visit which was brilliant as I’m currently in the middle of selling my house.
Overall a really smooth and professional service. I’d definitely recommend them if you need a Help to Buy valuation.

Mark Luscombe has been absolutely fantastic. I had a HTB valuation done and Mark went out of his way to get this done with a very tight turn around and I had the report less than 24 hours later.!! Not only he is knowledgeable and professional but very friendly and easy to talk to without judgement. Thank you Mark!!

Outstanding service.

The survey stopped me buying a money pit..!
The booking process was easy and it was clear what I would, and more importantly would not be getting from my survey.
The survey was thorough, detailed and in language that I could understand. It laid bare the problems with the house and my follow up conversation with Kieran clarified my questions about the areas he highlighted as needing attention.
I'm so pleased with quality of the survey and with the quality of the service from the back office team and the survey himself - it prevented me from buying a money pit!

Amazing Communication
Communication was brilliant, I found that they made, what can be quite a stressful process, a lot easier and I really appreciated their assistance in calling the Estate Agents and sorting it all for us :) I would definitely recommend them to a friend! Thank you for your help :)
