We can fault the experience
We can fault the experience. It was explained to us exactly what we was getting during the survey. Once it had taken place we received a call to explain any issues found which was then followed up in a few days by the written report. Highly recommended

Great service and a quality report.
Very pleased with the service and quality of the report (Level 2). It highlighted a lot of issues I had no idea about and my surveyor was very helpful when I asked him some follow-up questions. In the end, this report ended up helping me negotiate a fair chunk of money of the asking price and gave me a good idea of what I was buying.

Exceptional detailed report
A very Prompt service, Great communication and an exceptional detailed report. I'm in the trade and picked up on most issues with the property. This team not only confirmed what I picked up on, but went much further and pointed out items that I had not seen or areas where I didn't inspect. I will use them again for my next project.
