I will say they created the work order…

I will say they created the work order in a timely manner. They send this company out named Keepe. They have an F rating with the BBB in Seattle. I had an electrical outlet issue. The electrician wrote an estimate for around 385.00. Allied said they would cover 129.00, there was not break down of the additional cost. parts, labor etc. No one at Allied could give me the same answer twice. I had the outlet fixed by someone for a better price. sent my receipt into them and the denied it as they said the person I hired was not a certified electrician. Do not get a warranty from this company.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. They work with vendors who overcharge for simple jobs. In our case, Allied approved paying their vendor $1,000, which would have left us covering over $2,000 out of pocket. When we pointed out the inflated cost, they agreed to let us use our service provider, who did the job for $1,200, with the promise that Allied would reimburse $1,000. However, after submitting the invoice, they only reimbursed $500. After multiple unhelpful calls, they refused to reconsider. When you request escalation, the call is just passed to another agent who repeats the same script. Don't waste your money here.

Allied Warranty Refuses to Honor Their Terms & Contract

There was a power outage sometime while I was sleeping, it had been raining for the past several days, and my TV stopped working and my laptop became unusable. I contacted Allied Warranty to request for someone to come out and was told that they don't do that. I pointed out the terms of their contract:
Terms: Allied will arrange for an affiliated or unaffiliated Service Contractor (see website for details) to repair or replace at Allied’s option Your systems or appliances if they: (a) are located at the covered property, (b) become inoperative due to normal wear and tear (other than Surge Protection) and (c) are easily accessible. (clause #2)

They told me to have everything fixed myself and to send them the paid invoice to which they would decide whether or not to reimburse.
Please don't waste your money. I ended up cancelling my services...what on earth was I paying for???

EDIT: So, I was contacted by the company yesterday morning concerning this post. She told me that my plan only covered reimbursement and that sending a Service Contractor to my home was not offered with my plan. I then informed her that when I was sold this service that I was told that it was, in fact, what would happen if I were to ever have any problems covered by my policy. I also mentioned that I was provided a contract which also states that this was a part of my policy:

Terms: Allied will arrange for an affiliated or unaffiliated Service Contractor (see website for details) to repair or replace at Allied’s option Your systems or appliances if they: (a) are located at the covered property, (b) become inoperative due to normal wear and tear (other than Surge Protection) and (c) are easily accessible. She replied that it was a mistake and that it needs to be corrected. And that was all she said about the matter.
Then she asked me if I had cancelled my policy. "Of course," I said, "why on earth would I pay for something that does not work?"
She answered, "Well, then there is nothing we can do for you."
Me: "There was NOTHING being done for me after many calls and emails concerning this problem."
Her: "I apologize for any confusion."

Just be warned that they will change your policy as they see fit even though it was not a part of the original agreement.
