Terrible service stay, away.
Ordered delivery of a couple of Macdonalds items for delivery. Got confirmed from them at the delivery would be 4o mins. Got a message from one of the drivers after 40 mins that the restaurant was very busy and there would be some delay. Fair enough. 35 mins later the delivery guy shows up. Of course wrong order and cold food, with like just 2/3 of my items. Tried to contact the driver but no response. No feedback from central services either. Paid in cash so didn’t get a refund. I would not use this service again.

Denne ville jeg holdt meg unna. Fikk beskjed om at det ville ta 40 minutter. På punktet hvor det var 40 minutter siden bestillingen gikk inn, så får jeg beskjed om at den er forsinket pga for mange bestillinger på restauranten. Det er greit. Får så bestillingen 35 minutter etter dette. Det vi fikk var så klart feil, med en del av ordenen borte og maten kald. Prøvde å kontakte dem om dette men fikk ikke svar. Jeg ville holdt meg unna da de ikke tar ansvar for eventuelle feil.

The restaurant has confirmed through its review that the package contents were complete. Since we act as a reseller, we do not hold restaurants liable in such situations—we take direct responsibility. However, if you report that the package contents are incomplete approximately one hour after receiving the package, we reserve the right to decline liability. We’re sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. We hope you were able to enjoy the rest of your time in our city.
