The wig is 24 inches it soft and the curl pattern is beautiful I got loose deep wave it got a 5x5 closure wig it’s pre plucked and pre bleached it has a wig band and it came with a edge control, brush, wig caps it’s nice I can’t wait to get in installed

This was my first time working with them and I’m honestly impressed. The delivery was fast, the hair came full, soft, and it didn’t have that cheap/shiny wig look. It combed through smooth, held heat well, and the lace laid down super natural. Minimal shedding while styling too.

It honestly reminded me of 2012–2016 when the hair business was really flourishing and quality was more consistent. It was a pleasure working with them because they respond very quickly and made the whole process easy. My client was very satisfied and this is the type of wig I can actually recycle/reuse.

I do buy Amazon wigs for myself sometimes, but I’m never fully satisfied,those are for casual days only, not birthdays or vacations when you need it to last.

My hair came in literally 3 days ! I got the 34in lace front that was pre plucked and bleached ! Amazing I colored it and it was very minimal shedding !! Also no smell . Definitely ordering again!

What is the contact for customer care? Apparently the email I’m using is not helpful and only give me the run around!

I was told to contact customer care because the wig i ordered was bad quality. I sent video of how much it shed . I was promised either a refund or replacement and I went back and forth for over 2 weeks and I still have nothing instead of just sending me what I ordered they offered to send me a shorter length which i declined because I was promised a replacement of what I paid almost $600 for.I won’t be ordering again . Bad customer service and lies to customers instead of fixing their problem!
