Sometimes the leads are bogus or incomplete but they do credit us. I always reply within minutes to a request that comes in but rarely do I ever hear back from the lead. They are obviously searching... Ver mais

I think the fee that we pay for using a credit card is way to high. The reports I receive are blank and that is a bad sign that we are not getting a lot for our money.
We should be getting a report every month of expenses.
Cleaning crew is great.

Crap leads for my PM company.
Their leads have become too expensive and they sell them to too many other PM companies in the area. I am switching to a dedicated marketing company for my website.

Property managers; I liked having five choices each website was very informative. Especially the all property manager website which gave me good ideas on what to expect from a property manager for hire. I loved the checklist That all property provides for used as a interviewing tool for property manager you want to hire.

Domenic is all about the money and he can care less about you and your property. Just try and call him and you will get yelled at for not calling his office...Dah if I wanted to talk to someone in the office I would call them
