Everything went wrong
Everything went wrong. Bought a complete gate opener in August of 2025, it had been on the shelf since jan 024, and as soon as I needed warranty, they tried to pass it on to everyone else. I finally got it resolved by liftmaster themselves, and thanks to liftmaster I found a dealer in my area. All Security only cares about the sale. I will never deal with them again. It's very discouraging when you pride yourself and your business on customer service and can't get support from retailer. Moving on. Jdschroeder. There was a case number for every part of the warranty issues, I reached out to you several times to get some kind of help. In the end I contacted Liftmaster back, and they resolved the issue. All security sold me a complete package deal, and gave me the run around when I needed their assistance, their warranty department or head guy George makes nothing but excuses. And for that I will not do business with them, I did however have success with liftmaster direct, and found a retailer in my state, and have reached out to them and they're already trying to resolve a issue that was made by All Security, not even their issue. It's resolved now. Please people make sure you know everything you need to, because All Security is not going to help you.

Hello Justin! We take feedback like this seriously, but it’s important to clarify the situation. Our team has previously worked with you on multiple claims and made every effort to guide you through the proper warranty channels.
Manufacturer warranties, including LiftMaster and other brands, require an active case number before any replacement can be processed. This is not a policy set by us, but one we are required to follow as an authorized dealer.
We understand that warranty situations can be frustrating, but we stand by the support we provided and our commitment to assisting customers within the correct process.

rfid tags take too long to deliver
The shopping experience is fine. The problem is with the amount of time it takes to get the rfid tags to come in. 4 to 6 weeks is a long time. This happens every time we order tags.

3 weeks left in LIMBO!!!!
I placed the order, you charged my credit card. 3 weeks went by and I heard nothing. i called All security Equipment, after a 20 minute conversation about my order. I was told some one would get back to me in 10-15 minutes. 5 hrs later I received a text saying that there was "an issue with the order" and it would be processed soon. I then called back to find out what the :issue with my order was". And I have heard nothing, and was not able to get a straight answer!
