My first review of these was not very good. However. They contacted me regarding the review. I explained why I gave such a negative review. Now being fare. I was not aware that a couple of things included were free gifts I not them must have caught a button because they sent and charged me for something I didn’t want. I was told I could return it. But as it turned out my 32 year old daughter made claim to it. So I never did return it. But my apologies for having given a bad review to start with. Although my email to them didn’t say I could return the unwanted item this did not come about until my bad review but all ended well and I am reversing my original review

Wrong size delivered in right sized box. Customer service said to return it for a refund. I did return it but no refund came. I had to enlist the support of PayPal to sort it out.

Allsole.com, is my favourite online shoe shopping , a great selection great discounts. Arrived sooner than I was expecting . I have been using them for years and I am sad that it is now closing

Ordered my shoes 10 days ago, last week they confirmed that the parcel was lost by carrier and they will send me the new one, since then absolutely silence, no money, no shoes… The website is disappeared.

Tonight received the parcel… but missing one item and it’s impossible to send them a message…

Trainers are faulty. I told them straight away. They still haven't dealt with the complaint, despite me chasing it, for over a week.

My shoe size is too large and I need to return it, but your website is offline. Didn't tell me how to contact the after-sales service.

Many options how to pay. Shame they closed yesterday. They didn’t say why🤷🏾‍♀️. Placed my final order yesterday. Just hope I will still receive my items 🤔🙏🏾

Wrong boots were sent out, but fabulously quick and receptive customer service (my heart sank when I couldn't see a phone number, but they e mail back straight away). Nice to see a good service still exists.

Having made several attempts to get a pre paid return label, I have been advised to pay for the return which I have. I only received a returns form to enclose in the parcel. I have been advised the return delivery cost will be re imbursed along with the refund of the incorrect shoes in 3-5 working days. The company ceases trading 19th September! All proof of postage and receipts have been sent to All Sole. I have asked if I will get an email confirming the refund amounts and no reply. 18th Sept got a refund notification about the shoes, but no refund notification on the postage! I got a reply with (.) I have also messaged them for Liam to get in touch as he agreed refund of postage.

This company is great . My boots were delivered quickly and were a great price as always . Would highly recommend . Such a shame they are closing x

Bargain price for a pair of new season Clarks shoes! Arrived quickly and well packaged. No complaints - would buy from Allsole again.

Ordering the item was easy. It was delivered quicker than expected and I am very pleased with the item.

Terrible company. Messed me about terribly after sending me faulty Doc Marten shoes inside damaged/shoddy packaging.
Had to go to PayPal to get refund, despite what should have been a very straight forward refund scenario as I notified Allsole on receiving the shoes and sent them clear photos of the issues.
After PayPal refunded me the cost of the shoes I asked Allsole to reimburse my lost postage (£6 delivery plus £6 return as PayPal don’t handle postage costs) but they are refusing to do so because I went to PayPal!!! Complete disregard of consumer rights. Terrible experience.
