Scam. Read the other reviews of this company. The only way to try to get them to honour the contract is to email the complaints partner Andrew Duncan and then complain direct to the Legal Ombudsman.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING COMPANY!! SHOULD NEVER BE OPERATING!!! NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!! LIES LIES LIES!!

This company (if that’s what you call them) I’d say more of a bunch of absolute jobs worths in an office, caused the collapse of a 5 property chain sale.

We waited 7 weeks for a management pack to be sent out. They lied everytime we contacted, glitch in the system, it’s been sent, it will be sent out by the end of the day. Even the managing director of the firm promised us it would be sent out that day. Nothing. Eventually the chain collapsed. Cost all of us alot money, months of stress, and too eventually cost us all the houses that we wanted.

The receptionist is rude, unprofessional, even hanging up the phone because we were chasing. If you want to be a receptionist for an absolute joke of a company, you have to expect to be hounded with people chasing them.

WE All HAVE AGREED THAT WE ARE TAKING THESE TO THE SOCIETY OF LAW, PROPERTY OMBUDSMAN, AND SRA!

DO YOUR JOBS YOU ABSOLUTELY BUNCH OF MORONS.

This is a scam company who dont actually do anything and collude with Hazelvine/Anthem. Reprehensible behaviour enabled by property developers such as CALA. They are in the process of being reported to trading standards and others. Look up Anthem and Hazelvine to see how rotten this group is.

AllSquare Law, Qdime group, Hazelvine, Acent Investments or whatever other name they may be using, they're the same company. Do not get involved with them! Terrible customer service, passing emails from one person to another saying it's not their responsibility, promising that someone will be in touch but nobody can be bothered, after 5 months still haven't got my security deposit back for a rental unit that has been returned in excelent condition, nobody cares. Rubbish company (or group of companies working under the same umbrella), whatever their status, avoid the hassle.

This company does not answer the phone and when you leave a telephone message asking for a call back they do not bother to call you. Very unprofessional. It leaves you wondering if they are a real firm of solicitors or whether they are a scam company.

All Square Law are part of my management company for my flat & I’ve been in the process of selling my flat & purchasing another flat that is within their charge.

They took 2 months before they responded to my solicitor on the enquiries for my sale, and I tried to call but they NEVER answer the phone. It’s out of order that I pay service charge, and they seem to forget that I’m a customer, yet I was basically ignored. I had to email them multiple times a day before I got a simple response to basic enquiries.

I cannot describe how much stress this company created in a situation that didn’t warrant it!

Shambolic company - no one answers the phone or calls you back. I have been waiting for the management pack for over 4 weeks which was paid for up front. This may well cost me the sale of my house now. This company should not be in business!

Avoid at all costs. Over two weeks and counting for them to answer one query. Holding up the entire chain and making someone almost homeless because they cannot answer one question. When you call, they will claim to get back to you but they do not. Appalling service.

Shocking service!! Impossible to get a reply! Bought a property In September 2022 and AllSquare still have not transferred the ownership over to the new owner, and we are in Feb 2023 now! They were quick enough and quite happy to take my money and fees for doing so - but don't seem to be keen on doing the work. Paid all the money to get it transferred. Issued all the documents too. Still nothing done. Chased them relentlessly via email and get completely ignored. Incredibly frustrating! Will have to raise with the SRA if this doesn't get sorted

My Solicitors have been waiting for All Square to send a certificate and been waiting now for over a month. Useless and they have been paid. They soon requested the payment.
