I ordered a gift over a week before the actual date that I wanted it for, to allow plenty of time for it to arrive.
I placed my order and the estimated date was given for before the date I needed it for.
The parcel never arrived stating it was undeliverable.
I have parcels turning up at my place of work continuously throughout the day, every day of the week.
After 2 days of trying to get in touch with customer services, they sent it back out.
Again it was undeliverable and again, after trying to get through to customer services I got a stroppy email saying for me to check my delivery address.
I did and it was correct, I then got an unapologetic email showing that they had the wrong address.
I felt that this company was doing me a favour and was very uncaring and unprofessional.
I finally got my parcel 11 days late!
I would not use this company again, they are not customer friendly.

Very quick delivery I was expecting it to be about a week it came near enough the next day. The writing was just perfect absolutely loved it. I just hope my grandma likes as much as I do.

Very poor. Ordered an engraved glass for a birthday. Paid for next day delivery. The glass arrived a week late ie not in time for the birthday. Also, could hardly see the engraving on the glass. Would not buy from you again.
