I ordered 3 personalised glasses, it was easy to order on line. It would have been good if the site showed the fonts on offer, it just named them, so I had to look them up. The order arrived quickly and safely, without excessive packaging. I will be using them again.

Glass engraving
We have ordered through Amazon and directly. Delivery was very prompt through both routes. Had an issue with one Guiness glass engraving (missing last ‘s’) and we were refunded immediately. Great service

I ordered a personalised wine glass…
I ordered a personalised wine glass that never arrived I phoned on Tuesday and asked for another one express next day delivery it did not arrive. It finally arrived tonight but the clipart golf club was not on it so I still didn’t get what I ordered.
Customer service has been terrible and will not be ordering anything else from your company !!!!!
