The bird cage I ordered had a broken part.

Double charge for delivery, very expensive for one small item. if that wasnt the case i would of gave 5⭐️ apart from that the item i purchased was lovely, and also a quick delvery, so thank you.

The delivery was very fast and I think it arrived the next day with a little free gift of cat nibbles which was a nice surprise and the reason for 2 stars. Im deducting 3 stars because the product itself, an inescapable cat harness , wasn't any use, as to my horror when I looked af my little cat after being in a cage with the harness on while travelling for a few hours, had managed to get her fron leg through the neck hole of the harness and was completely disturbed and distorted. No wonder she was crying the whole journey. Poor thing. Also, the fact the harness must be forcably pulled over the cats head in the first place it another design flunk. I think your company should remove this cat harness from your website altogether. Best wishes going forward.

Ordered products on Sunday and had them delivered by Wednesday.Everything arrived really fast and was good quality. Communication was great. My parrots love their new home.
