Helpfulness of the staff
Helpfulness of the staff. They had the product I required and listened to why I needed it. Then when I realised I had ordered the wrong colour, immediately changed it for me. The speed I received my order was so fast. I'm very impressed with the whole process.

Not clear about delivery
Whilst the lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful, and gave me a 10% discount code, unfortunately I was not told that for Next Day Delivery ( for which I paid extra) the package would have to be signed for (and it's only tape!). Consequently it did not arrive until 3 days later
