Horrible experience, avoid them by all means!
We are owners of an apartment managed by ALLTRAVEL travel and tourism agency Lda. in their quality of property management company in Portimao, Algarve. After less than 3 months of contractual relationship, I can advise anybody against working with this company, they are extremely unprofessional, have violated the clauses of the contract (drafted by themselves!) several times, including by not paying on time, disregarding our specific instructions, arbitrarily disactivating the alarm in our apartment without our consent when it was vacant (thus leaving room for any assumption, which seriously eroded our trust as this happened several times during the high season weekends), not using their own towels and bed linen as the contract states, not holding all the marketing and booking-related promises they made before contract signing and even wrongfully computing payments they owned us (i.e. paying us less than we were entitled to) and a general disrespectful, mocking, manipulative and aggressive attitude (I am referring to Carmen Dias and Ellen Joosten, we did not have any contact with the rest), as well as shouting at both me and my husband (Carmen Dias), although we always treated them with respect. Also, we are paying them for spotless cleaning of our apartment, ready to receive our beloved tourists, but the situation we found when we had the chance to check the quality of the cleaning was beyond imagination, in the worst possible way (food rests on floor and tables, filthy floors, no dusting etc. They never even once said sorry after I showed them photos). And above all this, they don't tolerate nor assume responsibility for any complaints, let alone solve them. Most importantly, we had to chase them for weeks each and every month before they finally sent us the invoiceable amount and made the payment.
At present they are refusing to return the keys to our property as well as the amenities we entrusted them with (although in the contract it is specified that they will use their own amenities). Do yourselves a favor and avoid this company by all means, they are a disgrace to any idea of customer service and definitely not worth the high commission they are charging!
