almanaar Islamic Store Opiniões

I am very happy with my purchases from this site. Very competitive prices with other sites. Very fast shipping. I recommend.

I paid for next day delivery and still got it three days toooo late and it was the wrong item. Then re ordered to get the item again once again it tooo two days rather than next day delivery. Im

Excellent customer service.
The staff are very helpful and patient.
I emailed them to enquire about the stock for a particular item.
I felt that the staff member did all they could to assist me and deal with my query in a polite, friendly and professional manner.
Their prices are reasonable and they have a good variety of products online.
The website is easy to navigate and checkout is easy and secure.
Almanaar also email frequent discounts and promotional offers which definitely encourages me to shop more often with them.

Speedy processing of my order quick despatch and receipt in good condition.

I am happy with all the products recieved. Thank you

Great customer service and help me resolve my issue if your going to buy from an Islamic store buy from this one 100%

Fast delivery and prices are ok also.

Fast delivery, good price and quality

Fast shipping, everything arrived perfectly

Had a problem with an item I ordered being out of stock, but this was resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Delivery is fast. one item I ordered had leaked, so if there was a bit more care with packaging, I would give it 5 stars

I'm still waiting for the almanaar Islamic store to find my package that they sent me via royal mail, who gave me an email saying they sent me the package but I haven't received anything. and Almanaar is very difficult to respond to emails, they replied after 6 days and told me to wait, I hope they solves it quickly

Assalamualaikum,
I am happy with this product. Nice taste and reasonable price. I have received my order very quickly.

I came upon this wonderful experience by looking for something to make the house smell nice ,When I opened the beautiful packaging to an even more beautiful Bottle,
The smell was glorious and have sent it to many family and friends,It was too good to spray around the house but I smell gorgeous !! thank you,!!!

Their customer service is so incredibly awful. They send perfumes that aren’t sealed so I was sent a used one as the liquid level was significantly lower than another two bottles I had. It took well over a week and countless emails and “live chat” messages until finally
I got an email for a refund notification. Would never buy from them again.

Tried contacting them multiple times but they just read my messages and never responded. The promotions only work if you buy multiple of the same item, so you can't mix and match. I waw promised 10% off on my first order and when I contacted them about, I never got a response. Customer service is abismal

Item exactly as described
Fast service
Will be buying again
Many thanks

5 star experience from navigating around the website ( good accurate description of products )to payment and promt delivery, would definitely use again , highly recommended.
