The quality of the product is 10, no comments here but i will just mention this, the price of a return fee from Denmark for example, is 30 euro, which i find it ridiculously high when a cap has almost the same price. So keep this in mind .

We completely understand your point regarding the return cost. Our prepaid return labels are priced in line with the shipping fees charged to us by our courier partners, so the cost varies depending on the customer's region. We appreciate that, in this instance, it can feel high, particularly when returning a single cap.
For that reason, we always give customers the option of arranging their own return shipment independently, as there may be more cost-effective options available locally.

Dies was meine erste Bestellung bei Almost Home und ich war etwas unsicher, da das Impressum nicht wirklich viel über die Firma und Produktion verraten hat. Nach einer kurzen Recherche habe ich mich dennoch dafür entschieden und wurde nicht enttäuscht.
Die Produkte und Größen sind wie beschriebenen fühlen sich toll an. Die Verpackung ist auch sehr liebevoll mit netten Aufmerksamkeiten.

This was my 14th order from Almost Home as a big fan from NYC (gotta be a record) and each delivery has been as consistently solid as the rest. It ships quickly and you’re informed through multiple channels of its status and expected date of receipt and once it arrives, the items are packed individually with zip bags in a sturdy box with a note from the packager. Whether the process changes or not, I’m confident it will remain quick and communicative.
