Very bad experience
Very disappointing experience and very poor service — BE CAREFUL
I paid $1,420 for an Umrah package with AL Noor Travel.ca, which included a $520 visa for another country. After making the payment, I had to chase them for almost two weeks just to get the package prepared. From the moment I paid, I started having serious concerns that something was wrong. The woman handling my file asked me to leave her a good review and 5 stars, even though the visas had not even been prepared yet. She told me it was to make her manager happy with her performance. I did it in good faith, but after she stopped responding to me, my daughter removed the review. The $520 visa was never processed, despite their promise to refund the full amount. They later decided to keep $180. During our Umrah in Makkah, the scheduled 3-hour ziyarat lasted only 2 hours. Because of the death of my father, we had to return directly and did not use some of the services, including transportation from Makkah to Madinah and the ziyarat in Madinah. Despite this, no reasonable arrangement or refund was offered. The most disappointing part is that the woman stopped responding to me even before our Umrah trip and still does not properly respond after our return. My daughters managed to reach her using different phone numbers, but she would say she would speak to her manager and call back in 10 minutes — and she never did. After almost two months, I was sent only $320, even though I had been told the refund would be $520. I will also be adding the amounts for the other services that were not used. I am sharing my personal experience so that others can be careful. Make sure to get all promises, services included, and refund conditions in writing before making any payment. I do not recommend AL Noor Travel.ca.
