Ordered two recliner chairs. Had an issue with one of the chairs and the prompt response times and the helpfulness of the staff in resolving the issue was great!

Ordered 6 piece set which was packed well and instructions were easy to understand and everything was clearly labeled.
Small section of wicker was damaged on one of the arms of the sofa and it was missing one of the cushions. I reached out to them via email/customer service and received prompt response. Immediately sent me a new sofa. I appreciate the quick response and no hassle resolution. Very Good customer service. Thanks

We purchased the 7 piece outdoor dining set. One chair back arrived damaged and they shipped out a replacement piece which arrived within a few days. Response time & communication was very good!

We ordered a very large RV carport from Alpha Mart and shortly after it had already shipped we learned from our HOA that it may not be allowed. I quickly contacted their customer service team to explain the dilemma we were in and without even questioning it, they kindly agreed to contact their logistics team to see if they could intercept the large parcel. Unfortunately it was too late but they still went out of their way to try and assist us so they suggested refusing the shipment when FedEx called prior to delivery. From there the only issues we ran into were with FedEx and a breakdown in communication as to where the package actually was. It was showing delivered to us & signed by a stranger number followed by RECON but come to find out the package was successfully returned to the sender without our involvement and Alpha Mart quickly refunded our credit card for the full purchase amount. We later got clearance from our HOA to put up the carport so if in the future we decide to order again, we will without a doubt do business with Alpha Mart. Their customer service and support team was top notch and we thank them for that. If you ever need to make a large purchase like we did, know that you can trust Alpha Mart and their team to treat you right. They are a very reputable company.

Customer service was great! Ultimately the grill is too. I received my grill damaged in shipping and contacted AlphaMarts directly as recommended in the grill instructions. They were very responsive and helped navigate the parts I needed to replace what was damaged - which was both lids and the main body of the grill. The replacement parts were received in 2 days and worked perfectly. I am happy with the product received. The grill is a little lightweight in it's construction, but I suppose that is to be expected for the price point. More sturdy grills cost much more, this one is built well enough to last a few years and I believe it will serve us well.

Part of order was lost during shipment. Customer Service was great and made sure the missing item was replaced. Communication was excellent.

I purchased two recliners from Amazon. Extremely satisfied with my purchase however seams on both cushions started to fray. I took photos and sent them along with purchase information. I received a response that same day and both times my new cushions arrived in a timely fashion. Excellent customer service!

I’m really happy with my furniture! While putting the pillow covers on, I noticed one seam on a cover wasn’t stitched properly. I sent an email with a photo, and they responded within a day. A new cover arrived in about a week. I’d definitely buy from this company again.

When I first wrote your company I really did not have too high of expectations at all. Boy! What a surprise your company gave me. A renewed faith in superior customer service. I was about to give up and glad I did not do it. You wrote me so many emails giving me instructions on how to fix the problem and when it did not get resolved you sent me a new 15 ft. umbrella for free. I purchase a gas grill. While I was very impressed by how the grill was packaged one of the back panels was damaged upon opening. I emailed Alphamarts and within 3 days they sent a new panel to me. I was very happy with their customer service!

Responded to my email in a timely fashion. Kept communicating until resolved.

The greatest asset any customer oriented company can have is excellent communication skills combined with an understanding and empathy towards the needs of their customers. These traits were exemplified recently by Alphamarts customer service department when my order for an outdoor table was damaged in shipment. The Alphamarts staff were quick to respond to my need and provided a solution that was acceptable to me. I could not have had a more pleasant experience with a customer service representative.

My new table umbrella lights stopped working. After a few emails back and forth the team helping me determined I needed another one. It was here within days! Kudos to all involved in this. Customer service A1.

We ordered the antique style cabinet, which arrived earlier than expected. After going through the parts list we noticed that the holes on a panel didn’t align with the corresponding one. We emailed Alphamart and they responded the next day with a solution. After they learned that the warehouse was out of stock on that panel they contacted us and told us they would send another cabinet. They kept us informed and we received the new one that fit perfect.

I purchased a Phi-Villa patio furniture set with a firetable. I was happy with everything. I needed to do a warranty claim a few months later. It was a fast, smooth easy experience with great customer service. Thank you

Love the grill! One of the burners and the regulator stopped working. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly, shipped the replacement parts and now it’s good as new! Highly recommend this grill and company.

Our table and 8 chairs arrived promptly, in great condition, but one of the chairs was wonky after assembly. I contacted Alpha Mart and they were rapid in replying. Although they offered to send me replacement parts, they also sent a simple video showing how to simply flex the chair over a 2x4 to straighten it. Simple, but effective! Problem solved.
