The Company, makes not authorized Bookings and does not reply to support messages.

Scam. They charged me after I cancelled. Site offers a test but you have to pay to get results. Then you cancel but it doesn't work. Then you cancel using their website and they still charge you!

Do not touch these mofos

Payed 1 dollar for my iq test they ended op taking 2 x 40 dollars from my account they said it would take 5 bussinus days to get back and naw they dissent respondt 1000000% scam they are gonna take your money……

They charged a subscription fee without any confirmation and have no contact details for us to request the money back

Same here, I just noted that I hv automatically charged $30 USD by this company. I tried to login the web site and there is no button to cancel to the payment directly. It is in an unfair interaction for opt in or opt out the services. I gonna find the first email which would be in the junk box to find that email. Then you will see the Cancel Button. Although you cancel the button, once yr subscription started, the charged would not be refund. Such a robbery/scam happened in the internet.

I spent 20 minutes to get f'ing blocked by a paywall. That is malicious and unethical. Jokes on me for not checking whether it was a real test or just a way to get money.

They are scammers. They took an amount of money from my account after making me pay 1€ for my IQ test results which I could make for free somewhere else!
Then above that they won’t send me my money back knowingly that I do not need the services they offer. Did not ask for anything from them. Like dont they have dignity? Taking peoples money based off a scam instead of focusing on helping and providing services

I received an email from alphaneonoia.com saying my “Neonoia Growth Member” was renewed on October 20 2025 for USD 29.99.

I never authorized any subscription payment. The email looked professional but turned out to be a scam.

I already contacted my bank to dispute the charge and cancel my card. Others, please do not enter your credit card info on this site — it’s very likely fraudulent.

Support never replied to my refund request. Be careful!

it claims to be free then tries to charge you and pretends to store the results for 5 minutes to pressure you, SCAM don't wast your time

Don't waste your time, will take your email then reveal a subscription cost. Some questions are wrong, which is unlikely to be intentional.
