They are scam artist who sell broken vehicles straight from bca sold us a faulty van with major issues please stay away and buy from elsewhere
Edit: this dispute is now resolved, after the dealership saw my review they sent me an email asking me to either edit or delete it. I of course declined, they sent me my refund the day after which was the only thing I was waiting for. I still cannot praise this dealership, and my review still stands. I have put this review on to warn potential customers of what happened. Before I had purchased the car, if I had done more research and looked through more reviews I’d see this is more common than expected.

Unfortunately my experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing and stressful.
I experienced an engine warning light on the first day of ownership 10/04/2026 and returned the vehicle the next day. I was first told it was related to a pressure issue and “not to let the fuel get too low” and the warning code was reset, however the warning light then returned again the day after that. It was only later that I was informed the vehicle required a brake switch replacement, which took them weeks to even order the brake switch.
After losing confidence in the vehicle due to even more issues coming up, I rejected the car on 20/04/2026. The dealership disputed this for weeks, repeatedly downplayed the issues, and repaired the vehicle despite me not agreeing to or requesting a repair after already rejecting it. Communication throughout the process was poor, with replies to emails sometimes taking up to a week or more and me often having to chase for updates whether that was via call or another email or even getting Zuto to contact them for me.
I also part exchanged my car for this car, the part exchange wasn’t paid for a month, although the dealership did send me the finance I paid back, it shouldn’t have taken that long.
The entire process has taken over 2 months and is still not resolved, it was only after Zuto got involved that the dealership stopped arguing with me and accepted the rejection. Throughout the process the dealership was extremely rude and even shouted at us down the phone and made me feel as though I was being dishonest or unreasonable, even though they sold me a car with faults. On one occasion, a man also spoke disrespectfully and insulted my mum whilst we were in the office dropping the car off , which I found completely unprofessional. On a positive note, Bebe had been nothing but lovely during the process, if we dealt with her the whole time maybe our experience would have been a lot better.
It’s a shame because the car itself was lovely, but the aftersales experience and handling of the situation has been incredibly frustrating.

As was missing the locking wheel nut, they are ordering and sorting for me.

We purchased a car for my daughter. When we arrived it was ready to go. We took it on a test drive and she really liked it. It was already serviced and MOT’d. Everyone was really friendly and very helpful. When my daughter went to take the car out later in the day the check engine light was on. One phone call and it was collected. They loaned my daughter a curtesy car and two weeks later we got the car back fixed. They kept us updated. I can’t recommend them enough and we would certainly go back and use them again.
Bought a CLS 63 from AL Prestige Cars recently and honestly the whole process was smooth. Car was clean, exactly how it was described and the guys were easy to deal with. No pressure or messing about, just straightforward and helpful from start to finish. Really happy with the car and would definitely recommend them.
Bought a 540i from this dealership last year. The car is absolutely stunning it drives so smooth. Over a year fault free and passed MOT with flying colours. Will keep recommending this garage to my mates too. Most likely be back again Christmas for an upgrade. Couldn’t fault these people!

Highly recommend Al Prestige Cars! chris was super helpful in showing us the various options and we actually ended up going for a car we hadn’t initially considered but it’s worked out perfect for what we need. We felt very looked after and trusted we were being sold a good deal. Thank you Charlie! We had a small fix needed when just out of warranty but the team agreed to waive the cost which we really appreciate. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Amazing Experience
I bought my Porsche 911 GTS from Bebe and the whole experience was incredible from start to finish, always in contact, outstanding set up and handover experience was fantastic, i will be returning in the future. Would definitely recommend buying from these guys with transparency and customer experience to exceed expectation.
Extremely disappointing experience.
The sales process felt misleading, and I do not feel that I was given accurate information at the time of purchase. This led to unnecessary complications afterwards which I was left to resolve on my own..
Very poor after-sales support and communication.
I would strongly advise others not to buy from this company. Stay away from them.
AV67MKX Range Rover Velar. Do not buy this car from this or any other dealer.
On Monday 20th April 2026, I turned up at the dealership to collect the car. I was running late as there was an incident on the motorway. I called the dealership to advise of my ETA and they graciously accommodated me by staying behind and waiting for me.
I signed the paperwork and was handed a single key although the advert stated there were 2 keys. I asked for the second key and the gentleman stated they only had one key.
I was about to driveway, when my husband noticed that one of the lights was not working. I stopped the car, spoke to the gentleman again and he stated that they would order the light and could either post it to my home address or I would have to come back to have it fitted. I'm not based locally, I live approximately 60 miles away from the dealership. I didn't have a choice but to agree that I would come back and have the new light fitted.
I almost forgot to mention, the windscreen had 2 cracks, whilst the car still passed an MOT, the dealership did not disclose the cracks. It was not very visible either.
So off we went on our way. I was driving down the M3 in the fast lane doing about 70mph when a sign came up on the dashboard 'Engine Oil is critically low'. The car then felt very heavy to steer, lost power and went into limp mode.
I don't know how, I was able to navigate over to the hard shoulder. It was truly a miracle as there were other cars on the motorway and at that time of night (21:15pm) it would have been catastrophic.
I called the dealership and left a message on their mobile phone. I then called the AA who recovered the vehicle and dropped it back at the dealership.
On Tuesday 21st April 2026, I got a phone call from the dealership stating to me that they had driven the car and there was nothing wrong with the car. I asked for a full refund at which point, I was told by Chris that '"that's not how it works". I was shocked at his attitude. We went back and forth and he stated that he did not like my attitude and he would put the phone down. I put the phone down on him first.
I was then sent a text telling me that the car would most likely be sold this week. I'm yet to receive an apology.
I was also asked for my bank details which I gave and a partial refund was made as I had paid by bank transfer and a virtual credit card.
23rd April 2026: I sent a text to Chris chasing the credit card refund at 9am. I got a call at 5:45pm from Bebe who works at the dealership. She was trying to process the refund but there were issues due to it being a virtual credit card.
Whilst on the phone to Bebe, her tone was very rude, I stated that I have been chasing this refund for 2 days without any response from the dealership and I was also upset at the lack of apology at which point Chris took over the call and stated that from day one I have been rude to them and that he would process the refund and block my number. I put the phone down.
Chris then called me again, this time sounding a little more apologetic and stated that although I paid by a virtual credit card, he would ask the manager if a refund could be processed to my debit card. I thanked him and ended the call.
I'm not writing this review to tarnish the image of this company I'm merely stating the facts supported by the AA and Highway patrol who can evidence my claim.
That car had an MOT done on 20.4.2026 which is the very same day that I picked it up. Please note the advertised mileage is considerably different to the MOT record.
I have now finally received my full deposit almost a week later.
This is my true account of events. I was invited by the company to review my experience at the time of signing for the car. If I was a problematic customer, they would not have asked me to review my experience.
Buyer beware
I purchased a 2020 Kia Sportage, I felt pressurised to buy the warrantee. Was not able to test drive properly because car had no fuel and could only drive around the block ( escorted). Came with a tick list of checks made and an oil service. Took to my local garage and inspected and a full service showed the discs to be severely worn and dangerously corroded. Discovered a mot advisory regarding badly worn bushes on steering and suspension, found battery to be faulty and incorrect, exhaust cracked. Phoned and told them and they were not interested. Now after 1200 miles and 5 weeks the dct clutch and flywheel are useless. Again Al Prestige Cars refuse d to honour consumer rights. The warrantee say wear and tear is not covered so am taking them to court.
I sincerely wish I had never been to this dealer
This company also had something to do with 2 reviews on my website yesterday. 2 people whom I have never met left fake reviews. Both of which are clearly fake. The company has claimed that I requested money to remove my review and claim they have acted promptly and fairly. They also have claimed that I had used inappropriate language towards their staff. This is totally untrue.
They claim they have offered a full refund, this is true but they will not allow for the essential repairs (brakes, exhaust etc) that I had to pay for in order to be able to safely use the vehicle and furthermore would deduct a sum ( undisclosed) for my usage of the vehicle.
I would suspect that if I returned the vehicle it would be back on the forecourt unrepaired (clutchwise) waiting for the next mug to come along-otherwise why would they not simply repair it for me.
If you go with this company you take your chances. They do not respect the law regarding consumer rights.
They fraudulently say the vehicles are fully checked-they are not
They say they take complaints seriously -they do not.
Their ethics are to get your money. That’s all
