I canceled within the 7 day period and they wont refund my money.they sent me old info. from 2001 - 2002. They said they would send me my money back after i waited weeks and never did. Had to cancel my debit card so they could not keep charging me.its a shame Google lets these bums advertise ! I emailed Google and their responce was that companys like this slip through the cracks.well it must be a big CRACK ! Altinetry said that they are not a financial adviser their a financal reporter .more like a financal RIP OFF.

Fraud! They do NOT cancel your subscription even when you follow the cancellation policy correctly. It is a nightmare trying to get your money back. Don't bother!

I had experienced a "glitch" in the system that prevented me from seeing the Altimeter. After working with Meg B. for several days, she was able to get IT to get it fixed. I want to say that Meg B. was awesome from the start, she kept emailing me with status and always answered my questions. This was top rate customer service from Meg B.

I'm 82 years old and having experienced customer service from innumerable companies over the years, when it is excellent, it deserves to be recognized. Needed help maneuvering on their site with my new subscription and Megan G patiently prompted me off to a quick overview and start. In this Covid world everyone seams to be on edge, so it was a pleasure to once again experience excellence.

Called Customer service to get help with a website question. Meg B. helped me quickly and wanted to know if I had any other questions as a new subscriber. She was genuinely interested in helping in any way beyond my initial question. She said we are here to help and call back with any questions.

I called today after watching the video on SynBio. I already have the Hidden Alpha subscription, and wanted to make sure I would get the special reports. Megan Bennett helped me quite a bit. She explained that the reports are already available to me but I was just a day ahead of them being available online. She was both pleasant and helpful. When she told me she was relatively new to your company, I was pleasantly surprised. She certainly knows how to provide excellent customer service! Kudos to Megan.

First time I called Altimetry.
Although I signed up yesterday, I had not received anything via the emails yet, which is almost automatic with other companies, so had to call Altimetry to find why I hadn't received anything.
Megan Bennett assisted me in finding Joel Litman's 'Hidden Alpha' reports, etc. which I had signed up for. She was very understanding of my plight and had me sign into the Altimetry site which gave me everything I was looking for. I am now one happy camper.
She speaks English, very clear voice, understands what you are saying and is VERY pleasing to talk. Really, I do.
She's a good representative of your company and I recommend her for a double raise.

i have great results with 3 portfolios. I don t understand bad review. but I don t try to cancel. I don t know how the costumer service are good. but the portfolio is rock solid return

I signed up with them on 10/9/21 but I never received access to their web site as promised. The automated system didn't send info to log on. I called the member services (#800 701-9346) on 11/3/21 to cancel because I hadn't got access to their site. The guy I talk with apologized sent me an email with the log on info and specified that my 30 day review would period start 11/3/21. When I called today to cancel 12/2/21 they said they couldn't refund my money because I joined 10/9/21. I tried explaining what happened but to no avail. SO their IP system screwed up -the cust. serv. guy tried to help but was not aware he couldn't reset the review period (or lied about it) - and the last person couldn't have cared less and implied I had lied to her.
