Altin Grocery Opiniões

Delivery was uneventful, fast and perishable items was packaged sophisticated system…No damage at all!Altin grocery online service is very communicative and punctuated. They offered replace my really close due date items, they replaced with same quality products.Well done, thank you again.

Everything arrived perfectly. The packaging was great and the product came right on time. I’m very satisfied!

The package came in time, and everything was neatly wrapped so the contents would not break or spill

This was my second time ordering online from this company, and in both cases, the experience from start to finish was reliable and supportive. What really stands out is the excellent customer support after placing the order. Even though there are other stores nearby where I could buy the same products, I still prefer ordering online from Altin Market.
Definitely a 5⭐️ experience.

Ozellikle siparis sonrasi size verdikleri destek cok iyi. Yakinimda ayni urunleri alabilecegim baska bir firma olmasina ragmen ben online olarak Altin Marketten siparis vermeyi tercih ediyorum. 5⭐️

Same products but cheaper. Fast shipping. Packaged well. Good job!

Dry goods were fine. It was the cold items that didn’t make it. Either UPS is at fault or the time of the shipment or the packing. All the cold packs were warm and the cold items I didn’t trust.

I purchase $180 items. They arrived in Seattle. However, one one the item is spoiled and its lid didn’t pop out when open it. Its color has change from red to black. I try to reach customer service. Nobody turned back to me. Generally items are unique and you can’t find them easily everywhere. I gave 3 because customer service is not good. I got a message from customer support and said they will send me a new one. I will give 5 stars . Thank you

Delivery was fast and well packaged. I am pleased with my Turkish products!

Thank you all looked great & nicely packaged shipped. BTW Do you have fresh produce too? Especially any Turkish green plums (Erik) available? A few pounds would be great. House tel ( you can leave a voicemail too) is 210 507 2733

High quality Turkish food, prompt response and follow up.

The delivery was incredibly fast, and everything was packed with great care. I’m really happy with my purchase and will definitely be ordering more in the future!

Liked packaging, excellent, didn't like item posted to purchase wasn't available, yes exchange with bigger size item

Delivery time and customer care is superb. Only issue was a metal tin can leaking but they gave me store credit for it. Everything else was impeccably packaged. No glasses broken.

Items arrived quickly. Good products! Love the rose sense lip balm I got!

Altin Grocery is a lifesaver if you’re into Turkish or Mediterranean food. I’ve ordered several times now — always fresh, well packed, and ships pretty fast. They got everything from Turkish cheese, olives, sucuk, tahini, to baklava.

What I really like is their selection — stuff that’s hard to find in regular stores. Plus, the packaging is done with care so nothing gets damaged during shipping. I even called once with a question and they were super friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for Turkish grocery delivery in the US. I live in Texas and got my order in just 2 days. Will def shop again!

Amazing packaging, fast delivery, phenomenal customer service and prices are fair. I have recommended Altin Grocery to all my friends and will continue to use Altin Grocery for my online Turkish groceries.
