Not too sweet.

I have found the Altralife shakes to be quite paletable. Being a person who doesn't like milk it was a challenge! However, I chose 3 soup shakes, 2 vegetable and 1 chicken, made with hot water. I also chose a latte shake drink which can have extra shots of espresso in the mix and can be heated to make a warm cafe latte or unheated to make a cold one! I am so pleased that Rachel White at Chevin Medical Practice referred me for this weight loss regime!

Very helpful in reducing weight. So good in taste as well. I love them.

The support along with the product was very good, l found the shakes easy to use I rarely had any hunger pangs . The only suggestion I would make is to have a larger selection of soups

From ordering to delivery it is seamless. Although the last delivery was just left outside on the floor not good enough especially as it is a food product.

The product is what it says it is. When using Altralife I felt great! No bloating, no stomach aches, all my abdominal issues disappeared. It really helped me to shape my health. Blood pressure is within its normal range, pulse normalised, glucose levels are nicely maintained. The product is easy to use and very convenient for people who have busy schedules. I prefer soup over the shakes, mainly because I like hot food. When being on TDR I lost 12 kg.

Lots of variety, ilove all the flavours, speedy delivery , most of all they really work .

The way they recorded my weight is incorrect & I could not understand it. Had lost half a pound when I weighed Friday but was told I put on weight. There should also be a choice of plant based or milk shakes as the berry one is awful & my last delivery has the mango one as plant based now.

Altralife offer a great product as TDR for T2D patients to use to improve their HBA1C and possibly get their illness into remission.

Their order and delivery service is easy to use and speedy. And in the rare event that there is an issue, they are very helpful to resolve things.
