I had submitted a review stating i was disappointed in Altwell's current lack of products and lack of customer service. Wow! I received a very nice reply to my review and a box of free samples of the product that i was inquiring about. Totally unexpected!!!!! They went over and above with their response and customer service. Just like the good ol' days. Thank you Altwell team!!!!!

Beyond expectations!
