Fantastic service and delivery

Everything I have ordered has been fantastice quality, it has arrived quickly and has been beautifully packed. But the thing that makes Always Knitting and Sewing stand head and shoulders above the rest, its their customer service, its outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble, every email is answered quickly, its never a generic reply. They make you feel like a valued customer and not just a number. Its just a wonderful Company that I cant recommended highly enough.

I've been a customer of AKAS for a few years now, and when there is something quite specific I am after, they are always my first port of call. The fabric selection is great and I always get drawn in by what they offer. Each order is treated individually, so you just know you're getting a great service. I'm also a member of their Knit and Stitch Club which has a great selection of courses/tutorials for all levels of experience.

I was really pleased to see a tutorial for something other than a bag (I really have too many bags) and then to find it offered as a kit was a bonus. I was also pleased that for once it wasn’t blue. Having had all my school uniforms various shades of blue I never work with or wear blue. The fabric in the kit is very pretty and the print is just right.

Excellent company with super friendly staff who are always ready to answer any queries at the end of the phone - fantastic delivery service - always something new to learn with superb tutorials. It’s like belonging to a huge comfy family.
