Update 2/27/25 - The provider did respond and made good on his word. Sad that he wasn't responsive until the review was posted.
CALLS realtors when their escrow closes...says he pays a referral fees to realtors and then after he dies the install never pays. When contacted several times he blows you off I was never paid. I hope he knows this is Fraud! Just found out from an industry professional he scammed all over the country. He already has a reputation of bsit and switch..reached out for payment several times.first he was indignant and then he just ghosted..Do not use or believe him..This will catch up to h8l. SCAMMERSnever win in the end. BAD BAD BAD..and not in a good way.
Unreliable company and Michael Mess are ALMOST BANKRUPT. Currenly Michael Mess and its Always Protected Security, LLC owes us a big amount of money. The age of the overdue exceeds 4 months!!!! The company cannot afford to pay even 50 USD to us... Do not believe them as they cannot simply stick to their promises. Michael Mess is ignoring all our phone calls and emails! We are preparing our documents to start legal action soon with all legal consequences as the seizing of assets and garnishment.
We hope this review serves as a warning to potential partners, helping them avoid similar negative experiences.
Our technical didn't connect Our ring door bell!
Andrew and Mr. Scott went above and beyond to help with all the issues I had with the ADT system and with customer service.. We had an issue with our door and the equipment functioning properly and Andrew and Mr. Scott went out of there way to fix the problem. I GREATLY APPRECIATE all the time and effort they put into making sure I was satisfied. Because I almost gave up and canceled the system. But they helped me through the rough ends and made the end results smooth.

I never got the desk stand as promised. Nor the “update” that allows me to watch my camera from the touchpad as the rep described. Also, he lied about ADT covering all batteries in all installed devices. I didn’t get set up with autopay like I asked, so my first bill was late. Overall a terrible experience. Do not recommend.

This is very unfortunate. Please call 804-412-0430 and I will authorize a desk stand. As far autopay you can enter into it at myadt.com . We always prefer autopay it's better for us as well. When it comes to seeing the video on the touchpad, this is a scheduled release that is running late. We are hoping to launch this in the 1st quarter of 2022. The good news is you have the updated keypad, and the firmware will automatically update when ready.
Sales representative was unhelpful in getting a sign which we were promised. He acts like he is too busy to be bothered. Also I don’t know who to contact about issues with my doorbell camera and the fact that I had an alarm go off but nobody from ADT contacted me.

For your sign, please visit myadt.com, on left hand side click "ORDER", you are able to order 2 sigss per calendar year, and 2 decal sets if you want to put stickers ont he windows. As far as any service issues please call 804-412-0430 or ADT Directly and they will route you. I hope this helps, and sorry your experience with your representative wasn't better we will be addressing this.
