So start with the negative.. the order took a long time to arrive however customer services where very good and kept me updated. There was also a delay with 2 item and again good communication and the option for those items to be refunded which they did very quickly.
When the order arrived - great dresses, incredible value for money and lots of compliments when worn. Have ordered from then again

Lovely dress - got quite a few compliments when I wore it the other day.

Lovely clothes, will order again. Order was delayed due to items out of stock and would have preferred to know they were out of stock when placing order.

I ordered three dresses medium size. Only one of them was right. One was a bit tight another-too wide. I am still going to use them, I just did not expect it. Other than sizes being off, dresses are very cute and good quality of material and stitching. I know what I am talking about, I design and make clothing on my own.

It took longer than I expected to get the delivery but am happy with size and fit.

Quality of the dresses I ordered was really lovely.
Even though I ordered all 3 in the same size one was a big snug on the bust.
Took a little while for delivery.
But having said that I am very happy and had many compliments. And I would order again. 😊

As expected. I sized up It would be helpful if your reviews or sizing information included different heights and weights or people and sizes that have been ordered, as well as a description of how the clothing fit. I am 5’8” and 140 lbs and ordered an XL. it fits loose and hits my feet. Just how I wanted it to fit. I typically have to size up to at least 2-3 sizes

Really great customer service. Dresses are really cute too. Takes some time to come (about 4 weeks from order) but the communication with customer services and order tracking was really good.

Please do not buy anything from this company. Dress i ordered wss terrible quality and looked nothing like advertised.

Asked for refund, they started a refund barter, as i wouldn't agree to the amount they offered they sent an address to a Sheikh in the middle east to return. Kept asking me to keep it and wrap it up as a pressie for a friend!!
Assured me it would be extremely expensive for me to return item.
I do not trust them to refund my money, so will be unable to do this.

I would not recommend this company, dodgy is an understatement.

My item arrived on time, in perfect condition and the quality is great!

Awful experience. The size guide is a joke and they hide behind a statement on their website saying sizes might vary. No kidding!!!

We had to negotiate a refund, the fist offer was $10 on an order of $80. Eventually I got $40.
Return address was to Dubai at a cost of £25.

If you are ordering from the UK - please don't!!!! Seems distance selling rules don't apply with these guys.

This company has an enticing website - the clothes look fantastic. I ordered three dresses over a month ago for a holiday and am still waiting for delivery. The customer service team is unhelpful - I keep being told to "wait a few more days" but have not been given any advice as to where my parcel is and when I can expect delivery. Very disappointing.

They worked with me promptly to resolve an issue.

Dress is smaller then I would have expected for a large, and order took longer to receive. The material is different as well, but the dress is very cute
