They are cheater , they will never return deposit and once you go to ask deposit , they will put extra charges and say it’s there in contract company rule . Imagine who charge 200 aed for cleaning suzuki Celerio . And there agent will agree on everything when u want there service and say don’t worry about anything km , dropping everything will take care .
But when it comes to return deposit all will change .
Cheater , fraud , fake . I request govt. of Dubai should take action against them for cheating people

100% fraud and cheating group,
i have rented car on last month by agreeing 50 aed per day,and 1000 aed deposit,
then on delivering time (4 hr late delivered)they asking for 30 aed delivery charge,
i paid 80+1000 aed as they asked with condition that 1000 will be returned on returning the car.
i returned the car next day.
even after 1 month ,i have not received the deposit amount,

Very disappointing experience with this car rental company.

I did not ask for any VIP service, but your team itself informed me that they would come and pick up the car. I even paid AED 30 through the payment link which, as confirmed by your salesperson, included pick-up and drop-off. Now, after everything, you charged me AED 280 for pick-up and other charges, which is completely unfair.

Also, the condition in which I received the car was very poor — the car was not washed and was given to me in a dirty condition. However, I returned the car after service in much better condition, yet I was charged AED 100 for returning the car dirty, which makes no sense.

Additionally, the AED 150 parking fine was already paid from my side as instructed by your operations team, and I have proof of payment and chat confirmation, but still this amount was included again in the deductions.

Overall, this has been a very bad experience due to poor communication, unfair charges, and unprofessional service. I would not recommend this rental company to others based on my experience.

Till you get the car without stopping calling la la la after returned the car all hidden charges will come out service very slow after 2 months they returned from 1000 aed to 300 aed only! May this haram money let go for funereal of somoene of you !

I have rented the car for 10 days 055 426 7278 the person holding this mobile number is from Kerala , he told me security deposite will be returned within the same day of vehicle return and there is no extra km charges nothing , I have returned the vehicle on the same day but they didn’t gave me and they informed by mail that I need to pay 300 extra apart from the security deposit and they charged illegallly , please don’t take vehicle from them , they are same like thieves . And I lost my deposite . They are not attending my calls and they even not telling the office location.

to all those who did not get their security deposit, file a complaint to DED to assist with your deposit. That's what i did and only get my deposit back although they gave me less than 50% of my deposit

In my experience with Al Zameer Car Rent, customers should be extremely cautious, especially regarding the deposit.
I rented a car after seeing AED 49/day promotions on Facebook. During booking on WhatsApp, I was informed that there were no hidden or admin charges.
After returning the car, the deposit refund was delayed, and I later received an email listing several deductions such as pickup charges, cleaning charges, extra mileage, Salik, and petrol. These charges were not clearly explained to me upfront and were deducted directly from the deposit.
Once the rental period ended, communication became very difficult. Calls and WhatsApp messages were often unanswered when I followed up about my deposit.
I raised a complaint with DED / Consumer Rights, but since decisions are based strictly on the contract wording, I was unable to recover the full deposit.
I noticed many other reviews describing similar issues with deposits and unexpected deductions, which closely matched my own experience.
This review reflects my personal experience. My advice to others is to be very careful before renting, read every line of the contract, request a full written list of all possible deductions, and take clear photos and full videos of the car (inside and outside) before and after the rental.

STAY AWAY! This company operates a well-structured scam designed entirely in their favor. They present themselves as legitimate, but once your money is in, getting it back is nearly impossible. Even after disputing the matter with the authorities, they still manage to keep your deposit by hiding behind their terms and conditions, which give them complete control and zero accountability.

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The sheer number of negative reviews (70+ and counting) should be a massive red flag to anyone considering them. I genuinely hope this company gets shut down so others don’t fall victim to the same tactics.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!
Promised a car by Raj from sales department and upon delivery they delivered another car and told me to use it until the next morning as the initial car I paid for was being ‘serviced’. They began making diff excuses blaming whether and all sorts . Never delivered the car I INITIALLY PAID FOR instead they gave me a cheaper make. I’ve had to file an official police report as it’s misrepresentation! They’ve now failed to pay me back my deposit too

The problem there is no Negative score ! if that would be one then these guys are topper, never play, will take deposite and then disappear. If you message them they reply jush Hi and Hello , I lost my 1500 AED , and funny thing i was thinking to renew for one more week but the guy again asked for deposite so i felt fishy and returned the car. Huge disappointment, Dubai Police must take action on these people who are cheating people openly, going to file legal complain against them for sure.

They are complete fraud. Made a complaint to Dubai Police.. All names are fake. They have a lady wearing abaya and her name is Pooja...Kept very common Indian name. Sales guy name is Raj...I am sure that the owner must have selected the name as Amprish poori

AED 45 is the admin fees which they will never tell you on the call. It will only be revealed when you return the car.. Car cleaning amount of AED 120 is by default, which you will only come to know when they send you final bill...I returned my car on 17th July and till now the deposit has not been refunded...A open fraud going on...

Please be extremely cautious if you're planning to rent a car from Al Zameer. They're total scammers with zero customer satisfaction. Their sales manager is a number one scammer who often has face marks, and he'll charm you with his nice face, but don't fall for it.

They'll take your deposit money and then charge you for extra km and car damages that aren't true. When you return the car, make sure to take pictures and note down the condition of the vehicle on the paper. Even if you sign, they'll still try to scam you.

Also, be careful of the guy who hands over the car when you return it.

Don't deal with them, there are plenty of other honest rental car companies in the UAE. Protect your deposit money and be careful!
